'History of Touches' is my jam. My spine shivers every time when she drops that f bomb.

Please add to my list:
Sleater-Kinney - No Cities to Love Lupe Fiasco - Tetsuo & Youth
Anyone who enjoys rap music at all needs to check out that new Lupe. The first song alone is almost 9 minutes of straight bars (no choruses) of some of the most complex lyrical gymnastics I've heard in years. He's been on my Sasquatch wish list for years and this album is moving him close to the top of the list.

Well this certainly is a strange add for me. Even in my most angsty days as a young nu-metaller I was never a fan of Marilyn Manson, but I've got to say that this new album of his is fucking fantastic. Dark, bluesy, gothic, and Americana-laced rock and roll, with some of the more interesting lyrics I've ever heard from him. Check this song out and tell me it isn't awesome:
Anyway:
Marilyn Manson - The Pale Emperor

Thanks, Pea. I was wondering if that new album was any good. I've never been a big Marilyn Manson fan either (except for Portrait of an American Family, that album kicked my 17 year old ass), but I sometimes find myself enjoying one or two of his songs more than I care to admit in public. This album was on my "to check out" list, I just haven't gotten to it yet with all the other great music that came out this week.

The fun continues. 2015 is already off to a MUCH more exciting start than 2014.
Adding: Panda Bear - Panda Bear Meets The Grim Reaper

Even though I've only listened to it twice, I'm adding:
Jasmine Guffond - Yellow Bell
Because it is some of the dankest ambient/drone I've heard in years.
Also Björk because duh.

My dudes. 2015 is the year. I will keep saying this until it is not the year. So, until 2016, 2015 IS THE YEAR.

This new Deacon is pretty wild. Definitely back to the frantic party sounds of Bromst, while still maintaining some of the great songwriting found in America. God I fucking love this guy.
