I had no idea who Deep Sea Diver was before that show, but wonk and I both instantly fell in love.

1. The National @ Sasquatch 2. Panda Bear @ Sasquatch 3. Arcade Fire @ the Saddledome 4. Frank Ocean @ Pemberton 5. Flying Lotus @ Pemberton 6. Dan Deacon @ The Royal Canadian Legion #1 7. Modest Mouse @ Mac Hall 8. Outkast @ Sasquatch 9. Gesaffelstein @ Sasquatch 10. Future @ Flames Central (any Calgarian can tell you that Stampede is a bunch of bullshit and this concert was the perfect cure for that bullshit) 11. TV on the Radio @ Pemberton 12. Operators @ Republik 13. Run the Jewels @ Republik (would be higher if I hadn't seen them in 2013) 14. Kendrick Lamar @ Pemberton 15. Fucked Up @ Republik 16. Titus Andronicus @ Commonwealth 17. Pixies @ Mac Hall 18. Parquet Courts @ Sasquatch 19. Lil B @ Commonwealth 20. Chromeo @ Flames Central
Seeing the lists you guys come up with makes me wish I lived somewhere that got better shows. That being said I think more tours are stopping in Calgary than ever before and our live music scene has only been improving.
