I received my wristband via UPS a few wks ago, but it has gone missing. My mother thinks she may have thrown it away on accident. I contacted livenation about my dilemma and they assured me I would be able to get a new one at will call the day of the festival. As long as I had my ID, order #, and credit card info. But unfortunately, there is no way to verify this with anyone thru Sasquatch, and I dont want to risk not being able to get in. I know the website says the wristbands arent replaceable, but I was hoping that just meant after youve been in and just lost it there or destroyed it. Surely they have a process for people who lost their tickets or wristbands on the way to the festival? Does anyone have any ideas about this? Or who I could contact?

On the Sasquatch website there is a contact page where you can send them an email, although they're not known to be very fast about responding. I'd shoot them an email and see what happens from there. That being said, if Livenation says you can replace it, then I'm sure you can.

info@sasquatchfestival.com is the only place I can think of, but LiveNation is right (Keep in mind they own the venue). If you've reported the pass lost or stolen they will cancel the RFID in the wristband they sent you and keep your name on file at will call to get a new one.

lala, you've already answered your own question -- as long as you have your ID, order # and credit card info, you will now be able to pick up your ticket (wristband) at will call. This is per Livenation, so it doesn't get more official than that. If you're nervous that will call won't honour this process, call Livenation again and ask them to send you an email that states you can get your replacement at will call and bring that with all your other info.
And next time, put your wirstband in a safe place as soon as you get it! Good luck.
