I dont know if that's something you would be interested in, But I would help you if you need it.

I really dont see how Coachella could be a better overall experience than Sasquatch. It's hotter, dustier, you cant bring beer into the campground (well, you have to sneak it in from what I understand) and it's way more crowded. This is all wrong with exception to the heat. You can bring in beer, just not glass bottles. It's in a polo field so it's understandable to protect the horses. I've been to two coachellas and never found it dusty with exception to one time walking back to camp on a gravel road and the same thing happened to me last day at Sasquatch. Camping is more crowded but not if you plan it properly with the right people. I don't think it's fair to say one festival is better than the other. They're two different animals. It's all about what you look for in a festival. I'm going to try and do both, but only if one of the festivals falls on my days off.

@ Know, I dunno man. I just don't recall a single other person at Coachella aside from the people I was going there to meet up with. I'm very easily entertained in a setting like that so I was probably zoned out the entire weekend. Plus...the girls at coachella? Whoa....

This was my first year at both, so my impressions are based solely on those experiences, but I really feel sasquatch is pretty bush league when compared to Coachella. There are so many little things that Coachella does so much better than sasquatch, that it really starts to add up. Agreed 100%. Sasquatch could be run so much better. @ Know, I dunno man. Well, if it ends up nobody shows up to Sasquatch next year, there will be a clause added to my promise to go to Sasquatch next year in which I'm allowed to revoke in case nobody shows up.

And I don't care what Tara Reid looks/acts like these days. I was in love with her during the Lebowski/American Pie days and you simply won't ever just stand behind her in a beer line at Sasquatch...

Agreed 100%. Sasquatch could be run so much better. This. The lack of water stations/vendors that ran out and garbage/recycling bins at Sasquatch had me fuming. The amount if garbage lying around was disgusting. I had to tip a water vendor extra so he would leave the caps on because I wanted to spend the next few hours in the pit.

Haha I tipped a soda vendor to give me the cap too. Kid couldn't have been older than 16 and was excited as shit to get a few bucks from me.

I disagree about the lack of garbage bins. They were everywhere. People just can't be fucking bothered to throw their stuff away.

You can most certainly bring beer into the campground. Apparently I was misinformed. My ex went in 2008 and said their car was searched for booze, but perhaps it was just for glass bottled stuff. I've still never been to Coachella so I am just going by what I have been told. From the sounds of it Sasquatch is more my style, but I could be totally wrong and might enjoy Coachella even more. The only thing that has kept me from Coachella in the past is the added cost and time off work to travel there and back. But now that I'm not the new guy getting time off is less of a hassel so next year could be my year.

I will never miss Sasquatch. That weekend is as important to me as Christmas is to 6 year old.
