I'm not at all disappionted with the line up , it's just always exciting to see some big names that you didnt expect, but i guess that rarely happens, because pretty much every name on the list was talked about on this message board at one time or another

i'm sad to see no beirut, no band of horses and no MGMT. i'm hoping that they're holding back the actual saturday headliner because KOL aren't headliner material to me. if they do infact headline, i'll either go to the dance tent or back to the campground early. Fact: there will be 7,831 females at Sasquatch this year. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 29 will be passed out drunk. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 4 will be in jail Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 2 will be randomly wandering outside the venue, probably trespassing, and high on multiple drugs. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 9 will be partying at the campground, each surrounded by 11 dudes who don't care for Kings of Leon. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 21 will be in the dance tent oblivious to what is going on (and each surrounded by 11 dudes who don't care for the Kings of Leon). Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, the other 7,766 females will be at the main stage waiting for Kings of Leon to start (except for the 2,512 making a quick jolt to the honey buckets with their friends before the show starts). Gentlemen, choose your priorities.

Its not that I am extremely disappointed that there aren't any big "radio" stars in the lineup but I think that Sasquatch deserves some big names that have been puting out great music for a long time. It has been that way over the past few years with bands like Beastie Boys, The Cure, Beck...etc. I just don't see it this year. Don't get me wrong, I love Ben Harper and NIN and thought they were both awesome in '06... As for the other bands I am so glad to hear that people are excited!

I'm sure there will be a healthy alternative to those who don't want to see any of the headliners, at the Wookie stage and Dance tent. I'm not a big fan of the headliners, because for the most part I've seen them. They are still pretty big acts to get....... Just please don't tell me Coachella traded us Perry Farrell for Ghostland for the next three years!?

Gentlemen, choose your priorities. That is some funny shite.> I too, don't consider KoL, a headlining band yet... I'm fairly pleased with Sundays line up and Saturdays for the most part, minus KoL. Hopefully, they will add a few more acts in the next couple months. I still wish, My Bloody Valentine, was on the bill.

i'm not sure how accurate this is, but apparently Sun Kil Moon will be headlining the Wookie stage which would provide an alternative to KOL. i don't think the timeslots for each band have been made public yet, but SKM is the last band listed on the official website for saturday at that stage.

given the other bands that are listed for Wookie on saturday, i'd say they're probably likely to be headlining. either them or king khan & the shrines.

I am still so excited for EITS. I never thought I would get to see them.
This lineup really isn't that bad. I think I was just hoping for better headliners. It just means I will be able to leave early. As I am exploring I am realizing this is such a good lineup.

Isn't Bon Iver billed to play the Wookie? I'd LOVE if either Bon Iver or SKM was playing during Kings of Leon, but the Wookie stage doesn't usually go that late, does it?

I'm just as disappointed as everyone else is with the headliners but I hope this teaches you guys to temper your expectations next year. Stuff like Radiohead and Pearl Jam was so unlikely given the size of this festival. The headliners here are usually the openers at coachella or bonnaroo.
That said I'm pretty happy with the lineup and it'll be interesting to see who shows up for this. It's like they made a festival for hipsters like me but added headliners for people who listen to the end. Dunno how well this will work out but I know i'll be at the side stages most of the time

Please tell... where is there information saying who is playing on what stages?
I'm underwhelmed by the headliners this year, but love many of the supporting acts. I want to know the schedule so I can do some planning for the times when two artists I want to see are playing at the same time, etc. Thanks in advance!

M83 is pretty electronic though. I could see them playing either. But in the dance tent would probably make more sense.

Please tell... where is there information saying who is playing on what stages? On the official site, if you click on an artist's profile and scroll to the bottom, it says which stage they're playing on. Though that could change at any time.
