Ken, I put the pic of the RV on the thread Thursday Night Nice rig. It should have about 100 gallons of fresh water, so if you are really careful you might make it stretch most of the weekend. Hopefully you don't have a ton of people taking showers in there. I'll keep an eye out for it. I should be there early Thursday.

This has given me a lot of good ideas. Anyone know about the stability of veggie dogs sitting around unrefrigerated?

First off, all I have to say regarding perishables is block ice, not cubes! Also, wraps, not soft bread, it'll get all squished and gross.
I'm already putting food aside. I'm food psycho. We're planning on fish tacos the first night (frozen tuna steaks), and then I've frozen buffalo burgers, plain hamburgers & blue cheese burgers. mornings I've got eggs & bacon, will boil potatoes so I can make home fries, planning on crab & regular eggs benedict with grilled tomatoes & basil. Plenty of beer & 2 bottles of homemade wine. To bring in with us, I've made sunflower seed granola bars, cookies, will have jerky, cheese, dried sausage like pepperoni or sopressata, sardines v& crackers, carrot/celery/cauliflower pieces to snack on, probably more.
I'm figuring a yummy breakfast, and good burgers on the way into the venue. snacks once we get in there.
