Putting in the request in for Sasquatch #2 OR Squamish today. Lineup will decide.

No Outkast, but goddam if the rest of the lineup doesn't look pretty nice.

That actually looks similar to the level Sasquatch headliners typically would be, but for the cost of tickets this year, I really hope they can do better than that.
Edit: Tickets to this festival are $150.

The Alabama Shakes would not headline Sasquatch. The National... maybe. Modest Mouse did because they are from the area and have a bigger following out here.
It's a pretty good lineup but Sasquatch will have a much fuller lineup than this. For $150 though, I'd go if I lived close by.

Remember how you guys were going to fund my trip to Mexico to see Primus and Tool? Well, Mike Patton just confirmed that Tomahawk will also be playing that day, so I'm gonna need you to accelerate that funding.

...and before we get too excited about what this means for Sasquatch, he also said "This well be our only show." So, funding, people, come on.

Crazy part is they all play the same day, billed in the following order:
Tool Primus Puscifer Tomahawk
Tickets are $336.00 Pesos or $25.31 USD.

The rest of the festival is a whole lot of nothing. But, oh, that one glorious day.

Man, if you're a student tickets were 18 fucking dollars.
How the hell did they pull this off? Even if they sold 30,000 tickets at $25 a piece (that day sold out, and I have no idea what the capacity is), that hardly sounds like enough to cover the appearance fees for the bands let alone all the other costs that go along with a festival.

Kanye West and Elton John were just said to be HIGHLY LIKELY to play Bonnaroo this year.
SOURCE: Inforoo poster 'Insider.' Insider has made previous claims on Bonnaroo headliners over the years that have all (or mostly) turned out to be entirely accurate.

Oh god, I don't know that I'll be able to handle all of the complaining about his last Roo appearance if Kanye headlines...
Elton John would be tight though

I think I'd go just to see if Kanye would attempt to pull the same shit he did back in 2008.
ALSO. ELTON JOHN.

He was super late right? My friend went and said she fell asleep in the field waiting for him to come on. Eventually he did at 3am or some stupid shit. I get that they have no noise curfew there, but that's still pretty fucking stupid.
Disclaimer: I have no idea why he was so late, it could have been totally out of his control in which case, what can ya do.

I'm the biggest Kanye Stan on here but I won't completely defend him here. He refused to play until dark because he was doing his big Glow in the Dark production. That's semi defensible but I think he also refused to play on any stage other than the main stage which meant he had to wait till Pearl Jam ended to set up. Obviously Pearl Jam did their whole 3 hour show thing and didn't get off the stage until midnight. He then refused to play until everything was perfect which took 3 hours. Basically, he acted exactly like you would expect him to.
That said, the fact that people still complain about it is ridiculous.
