Oh man I love Peeping Tom SO much. I so wish I could have seen a show. My wife dislikes Patton with an intensity...she finds him to be the dictionary-definition of smug...so that was one of my two solo sets for that festival (the other being Teddybears). Live, I would rank them between FNM and Bungle...amazing energy, awesome beats, but definitely too big for the tent they were in.

The Residents AND Bob Cock. Good NIGHT. Completely forgot about The Residents being there. Yeah, that would definitely qualify. Closest I've come to The Residents in sheer "Holy Shit" factor would be Waits, which doesn't quite approach the presentation aspect. The Residents actually booked (don't know if they played) a show in Tucson not too long ago but, thanks to a truly wonderful stomach virus, I was not in attendance. This fact still makes me a sad panda to this day.

I waited and waited for that album, for realz. I am a huge Mr. Bungle fan and a Patton fan in general, although I cannot listen to some of his super crazy noise stuff. They were wearing these butcher's aprons with orange/red stuff smeared all over them. One of the highlights was this awesome lady called Butterscotch, who was the best beat boxer I have ever heard. Nice to hear the Patton and Bungle love. Since I collect any/everything Patton-related, I've plunged into alot of the noise material and like almost everything (although, to be honest, I've only listened to "Adult Themes..." once). I'm almost positive that Butterscotch did some beat-boxing when Peeping Tom played at Coachella a few years back. I'm sure that Rahzel wasn't there but, then again, I may have been a bit on the tipsy side, so my memory can't really be trusted. Nonetheless, she is definitely a firecracker!

The new song is pt 4 of the Fisherman's Chronicles and it is AMAZING. They premiered it on the 30th and HOLY SHIT. How was that show, by the way? I caught them last September in AZ and, although we didn't get anything new, we did get a pretty nifty cover of "Big in Japan."

Last Concert Attended: I think it was Bad Religion last year... All time Favourite Concert: Tom Waits (two shows in 2008) All time Favourite Festival: Coachella 2004 Sasquatches Attended: 2009 and 2011 Sasquatch Wishlist: Catherine Wheel (reunion), Iggy Pop, Primus, The Roots Oh man I saw Crudo (Mike Patton and Dan the Automator) at Sasquatch in 2008 and it was so awesome. I thought Mike Patton was going to get in a fight with a dude. I'm still kicking myself for missing Sasquatch that year, along with the handful of performances they did. YouTube confirmed my suspicions that they were pretty damn impressive. The rumored album never materialized, of course, but I still hold out some hope.

It's an inside joke. lolololol I think you meant to say that it was an operator error that was corrected into some sort of face-save.

I like that sub originally responded to creep's comment, making it seem as if he were actually disagreeing with creep. For a moment, I felt the earth shift, but then everything was right back to square one. Good stuff!
