Yeah, he said the same thing in their documentary which is awesome and available on Hulu. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it.

Coachella may be my fest of choice next year if only because it's way cheaper for me. It's a 3 hour drive vs. a $250 flight. I'm also graduating a few weeks after and I'm going to need all the money I can get. :/
I think I will buy both tickets and make my decision about which I would rather go to after the lineups are released and sell the other. I do kind of feel like a traitor to Sasquatch, though and I've only been there once.

That can't be too difficult. You can go the crazy route or you can go the ballsy route; your choice.

I'm sure you'll be given the chance to bring it up at another time. This is the girly thread, weight is discussed quite often.

I'm only 5'4 but I think maxi dresses still look alright on me, it might help that i'm basically a stick, though.
Last year's rain was perfect. I didn't even know it had rained at night I was so fast asleep. And when it drizzled during MGMT is was a godsend. I was in the pit and it was so hot because of all the people and how much we were dancing, I thought I was gonna die until the rain came. It was a perfect moment, actually.
I bought a poncho and just returned it after Sasquatch. It really is a good thing to have with you
Man, I really can't wait to be back in front of that stage

I ended up with two cute sundresses. They are 100% cotton, very lightweight, and very comfortable. And they are easy to layer with leggings underneath or a cardigan on top to adjust for the weather. I am really happy I found exactly what I was looking for, and they were pretty inexpensive. Here is something similar, I couldn't find the exact picture but this is close. The cut is basically the same. I got one in an olive colored pattern and one that is more blue with a lot of flowers. I am loving that dress so much. I was wondering what to do when it got cold, leggings are a wonderful idea. I think I'm definitely going to be grabbing one or two sundresses and praying it doesn't rain.

Okay, so what I was worried might happen did happen and got a lot worse.
My friend in Portland, who was my ride and in charge of getting all the major camping supplies, can no longer come with us. Which means my friend and I are flying into Portland and need help getting to Sasquatch and back.
It's a little complicated because I'm flying out of Seattle around 6 and he's flying out of Portland around 1pm on Tuesday which wasn't that big of a problem when we had a car.
So, is there anyone who's coming from Portland who is leaving Monday night that wouldn't mind swinging by Seattle?
Or are there people coming from Portland who would like to split a rental with us and wouldn't mind leaving Monday night? We're both 20 so if we rent the car it'll be pricey but we're willing to pay it. But we're also pretty poor college students who have been saving for a year for this so we'd also like to make it as cheap as possible.
Also, does anyone have advice on the cheapest way to get camping gear to Sasquatch? Buy stuff in Portland or try to fly it from California?
We're both nice and responsible and have no problem sharing. Although neither of us will probably have alcohol but I don't drink so I also won't be mooching off of anyone.

People think I'm weird that I legitimately love the taste of cough syrup (also a great song by Young the Giant) I think Robitussin is delicious but I'll only drink it when I'm actually sick. Anyone with me on that?
