Why miss them? Its nice to be nostalgic for them, but I'm glad that the music world moved on.
Also, Josie is the best song about star wars.

I have successfully avoided this song so far, but the idea I get is that this^ wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

Yeah, that's basically what its for. I just came across that YYZ tidbit today, that's what gave me the idea for the thread.
How bout this? Some of you might already know this, but the chemical brothers originally performed under the name of The Dust Brothers as an homage to the US production duo and scorers of the movie Fight Club for a little over two years, until the Dusties threatened legal action. This name change inspired the title for the album "Exit Planet Dust."

I've only seen them twice, but both times Thomas Erak of The Fall of Troy fame came out and played an amazing version of "Tommy" with them, trading off solos and such. Do they still play Tommy?
This is a video from said show, Thom is on stage right, and you'll occasionally see another guitar player to the right, which is Nick Reinhart of Tera Melos (non)fame.
And I will be telling my portugal story in the near future.

Pffffffffffft.
EDIT: Pffffffffft is sexually underused.
