As a Steelers fan, I can say I probably took this loss better than most. They weren't going anywhere in the playoffs this year regardless of today's outcome. They've given me two Superbowl victories in the last five years, and I'm realistic enough to understand my favorite team won't win every year.
I think it was Bill Simmons who said something along the lines of, "your team gets an automatic five year window after winning a Superbowl were you can't say anything negatively about them." I agree.

Yeah either way, provided the ravens get by Houston, the afc championship would have been played in NE imo so its all the same to me. Whether or not you had a dog in that fight, it was one hell of a game.

Bring on that douchebag Brady. I'm confident ray rice will bounce back from a bad performance against a shakey at best pats D and hopefully our receivers will start making some catches. The TEs scare me but so long as our pass rush comes back with a big game, were gonna beat the pats in a close one.
I really want the niners to win not only cause I like em, but because the giants are scary hot right now.
