Awwwww man, I just now got a voicemail from Friendly D and his crew from Saturday night! I was busy playing expedition leader (read: walking faster than everyone else) and I missed the call, and apparently I didn't even look at my phone for the rest of the night. Friendly D did eventually call I think Steph's phone, and a bunch of people talked to him but I was grabbing for the phone just as he signed off. I love you, you crazy fucker! I'm so glad there were little pockets of boardies having fun all over North America this weekend, that is such a cool thing that happens. Haha, I was wondering when you'd find that! |

I'm so choked that I didn't get to talk to everyone! By the time FD was done saying hi (and like 50 other things) to everyone I was completely drenched by the rain ( I may have been stomping some puddles too) and needed to go back inside before I died of being wet.

Smoking makes you look cool and will only kill you if falling down the stairs, a bus, rapid-onset diabetes, a stray bullet in the wrong part of town or the end of civilization doesn't kill you first.

I will vouch for the fact that smoking a cigarette after having had too much to drink is one of the worst fucking feelings in the world. One way ticket to spinsville.

I had somewhat of a good excuse for smoking. I needed to look like I was coming in from smoking in order to get in the club because if that failed all I had was a Sasquatch wrist band and a second hand stamp transferred from Nater that I accidentally let get washed off in the rain. I needed to be as legit as possible.
