Okay, I know it's super fucking early to be talking about this, but yeah.
Any okanagan sasquatchers think they would be able to give me a ride from Penticton, Okanagan, BC when the festival comes around? I have to start planning everything out. I'll be 17, but I won't have my N since I took my test late.
Again, yeah, really early I know.

You would have done better if you had become familiar on the board first. Or at least not been from fucking Penticton. All I can say is I hope someone from Kelowna has pity on you.

Didn't you guys hear? No Canadians will be granted entry to Sasquatch! '11. We told you last year not to leave your cheap, shitty Canadian cigarette boxes all over the ground but you didn't listen.

...unless you are emptyfox and crew. They are allowed back every year.

That's because we buy cheap american cigarettes and throw them in the garbage.

I'm 18, without my N because I took my L test reaaally late . Looking for a possible ride to and from Sasquatch! 2011... I live in Penticton. If anyone is generous enough to give me a ride, please email me: kjyphotography@live.ca or send me a message on facebook: www.facebook.com/kaddy.johnsonps. i don't smoke, so i wasnt one of the canadians who left cigarette buts all over the venue.

Maybe this is some Canadian thing I don't get, but what's an N and what's an L?

Where is you from, oypmul?
I don't know what those things are either. They sound like lame Canadian versions of what we Americans call a 'driver's license'.

I'm also curious about why really young Canadian girls keep coming to the board to ask for a ride across the border without so much as a how do you do.

Probably undercover cops.
And I'm from Charleston, South Carolina. Never had any desire to go to Bonnaroo. I have plenty of "jam kid" friends and, well, I don't know if I could deal with thousands of them at once. Sasquatch has always had awesome lineups and I love the Pacific NW.
I figured that had something to do with a license.

It's a BC thing. When you first get your license you get a learner's permit and can only drive when someone with a full license (class 5) is in the car and you have to have the L sticker on the back. After a year you can get a class 7 license where you can you can have up to 1 (or 2?) passengers without having someone in with a class 5 in the car, but you have to put the N sticker on the back. Then you can go for a class 5 and there's no restrictions.
