So I'm just looking for some truth here as it seems to be a bit confusing.
On the website for this year's festival it says that for GENERAL CAMPING only four people are allowed per vehicle per site.
When I went in 2008 we had 8 people in a van and it was fine. It seems that this rule has changed.
I read in these posts that the four person limit is only for premier camping. Is this true? Does anybody know? And if it is true is it just some hidden knowledge that isn't on their website?

It's true that this year the website says you're limited to 4 people per regular camping pass, but I highly doubt they'll enforce this. Given the relaxed state most of the other rules are at the campground I can't imagine them calling you out for having a 5th person sitting bitch in a sedan and making you buy an additional pass. 8 in a van might be a bit more borderline, but the worst they'll do is charge you an extra camping pass. I doubt they'd even do that. I have a friend who is showing up in an RV with 12 others all on one camping pass. Who knows how that will work out. Sorry I can't be more help!
