Can I bring my truck an trailer into general camping area?! Thank you...
I don't want to be denied at the front and have to unhitch my trailer. Any info would be great!

RV's are allowed, so I'm sure it's fine? Hahaha wish I had a better answer to that question... can't remember if I've seen this before or not...

I've definitely seen trailers in general camping before, but the question is will you have to buy an additional camping pass for yours. I think probably not. I'm guessing they'll be treated like an RV or any other single vehicle.

Just got a reply back from gorgeinfo@livenation and they said if it's 25ft or smaller it will be fine. Anything bigger than that you have to purchase another campsite.
Thanks for all the replies... See you there!

Does anyone know what the rules are with campers and trailers in general camping for 2011?

Mine is 28' and i have had it in both Premier and general camping. The only change I know of is in the Premier. If you have a truck and trailer in Premier you have to buy 2 tickets. GC you don't.

Thank god for this thread...making my first trip out there and its tough planning when the people in charge don't answer questions very quickly. I reserved an RV, and then panicked...what if I can't park it in the general camping area? Good to know I can.

As far as I am concerned, RV or trailer is the only way to camp. You have your own shower, your own bed, and your own kitchen.

I'd rather actually camp than just live like a homeless person for a few days. Camping is classy, ^that is white trash.

Homeless people that squat in beatup RVs. Tent cities don't have Coleman stoves and REI tents.

Homeless people that squat in beatup RVs. Tent cities don't have Coleman stoves and REI tents. You might be surprised, lol I prefer to think that the way I have mine setup that it is a little better than a beat up homeless guy's RV.

due to unpredicted circumstances, my friends had to sleep outside last year. the other people we were meeting at sasquatch got in a wreck, so their tent didnt make it. we had a 2 person tent and 4 people, so 2 just slept outside in sleeping bags and snuggies between our tent and car. about 100 people almost stepped on them during the night, but they didnt really mind it. 1 person fell on our tent. it was all good though. little rv would be nice, i want to just get one of those vw vans.

Did they separate most of the RVs from tents last year. I want to bring a small camper but don't want to miss out on camping with all my Sasquatch friends.

If you go in at the same time and park together, there is no problem. If you go in at different times and they try to stop you and park you away from your friends, worry not, they don't chase you if you just keep driving
