I worked for Con-way for eight years and they were fucking terrible. Which is why it was not a surprise when I found out they got bought out recently. I just got a statement in the mail today regarding the stocks I had obtained from my benefits program, and they are cashing them out!

Got a call from my boss today. Because my store performed so well last year, they are upgrading our classification from a tier 2 to a tier 1 location. While that does mean more pressure to keep performing well, it also means a 12k/year salary raise and increased bonus opportunities for me. Best call from the boss ever.  |
