everyone should pack a light jacket and pants for the evening hours, as is typical with a desert environment the temperature drops quickly after the sun goes down, and the wind on the hill can be brutal if you're just in a t-shirt and shorts. bringing one of those cheap parkas is a good idea too, they're like a dollar or two and will make your experience much more bearable in the event of a downpour. cheers to whatever. no matter what happens, I think we can also agree that it will most likely be one of the greatest weekends of our lives! Nine days, until mother nature either..a)has it's way with us. or b)provides us with an even more enjoyable experience. Either way, I'll be prepared for the worst with: lots of spf 60, rain jacket, warm clothes, and most of all DEODORANT. if only everyone would take that advice and wear plenty of deodorant. it seems every time i attend a concert there's always that one guy that you can smell from 10 feet away. don't be that guy.

Deodorant is completely over-rated!

I've never paid attention to the Japandroids lyrics, or lyrical style, but I still laughed loudly.

"She wears white six days a week She was just one of those girls And if you're lucky, on the seventh day she'll wear nothing She was just, she was just, one of those girls After her, after her, I quit girls"
that should give you an idea lol

i think it's probably likely that we'll be seeing temperatures in the mid 70s with the threat of a little rain here and there. this has been a cooler/cloudier than average spring but who knows, i'm not a meteorologist.

meteorology is for posers anyways. All they get the degree for, is so they can stand in front of some stupid green screen and pretend like they know something. They should just get rid of the degree completely, and make it some kind of a six week certificate or something.

Intellicast: Sat Few Showers Sun Few Showers Mon P. Sunny
So, we're looking at 2008 weather. Or sun all three days. Or rain all three days. Or rain one of the three days, and no rain the other two days. Or rain two days, and sun the other day.

You are the only one. Last year was unholy, last year was awful. Last year was the only time I've seen a crowd cheer for twelve seconds of cloud cover.

Last year was the only time I've seen a crowd cheer for twelve seconds of cloud cover. then don't ever go to bonnaroo, if you haven't already. i thought i was going to die every time we went. it's on a farm with about 3 trees for about 80,000 people. the sun is blisteringly large and much too near the earth. people were literally dropping like flies during the afternoon shows and even into the evening shows. and if you're 5'7" like me and usually surrounded by much taller people, it's really hard to inhale with all that humidity and hippie funk. i do miss roo though. maybe someday they'll have a decent lineup again. i'm sorry but i thought the weather last year at sasquatch was amazing and will not complain if we have a repeat.

Yeah, maybe it's my southeast background, but last years weather was amazing to me. No awful humidity. I love dry heat, but fucking humidity is brutal.

Was last year hot? Yup!
Too hot? Nope!
Will this year be completely different? Absolutely!
That being said, weather.com now says:
Saturday : Partly Cloudy, 71 (20% POP)
Sunday : Partly Cloudy, 76 (0% POP)
Monday : Partly Cloudy, 79 (20% POP)
All of the above sounds just peachy!
