Hey there, does anyone know if they are allowing re-entry (in/out privlidges) this year?
I sure hope so.
Thanks, Ryan

If you are talking about from the festival, no.
If you are talking about from the campground, no.
If you are talking about what I think you're talking about (elbow, elbow), I would suggest to be confident, be funny, maintain eye contact, act interested, and don't get her too drunk. Unless you are already bringing your in/out privileges with you, then, disregard previous sentence.

Yeah, you really need to commit. You can either bring all your stuff in a backpack, and be forced to lug it around all day, or buy everything you need in the venue, which is ridiculously expensive. The ideal scenario is to stake out a piece of land with a crew, and come and go from there all day.

yeah, it really pays to have a few less adventurous or super stoned friends holding a spot for your group to return to all day...

That's why everyone has nerdy and whiney friends! To hold turf at music fests!

I had a little of each last year nerdy/whiney as well as super stoned so I didn't have to worry about lugging around my stuff. But they're not going this year so I'm just going to have to tough it out.

I hae recently had the misfortune of acquiring a broken jaw. Do you think I can bring in my pre-puree'd meals as long as they're in clear packaging?

I hae recently had the misfortune of acquiring a broken jaw. Do you think I can bring in my pre-puree'd meals as long as they're in clear packaging? I would send the festival an email. If they say yes, I would print it out with you and show it to the security guy at the gate. Good luck and sorry to hear about your jaw. I hope you at least have a good story behind it. If not, then you should make one up. I remember telling everyone I fell out of blimp when they asked how I broke my arm.

We (me and my boyfriend) went in and out of the campsite several times last year, as did many people that I know who were camping there. We went to the river, into town to get some food and also to find showers that didn't have huge ass lineups). They say you aren't supposed to or that you only get one in and out, but they don't really regulate it. At least, that was my experience last year.

no someone was totally talking about this a little while back, I can't remember what section it was in though. He basically said he emailed someone (gorge or event organizers or something) asking about going in and out. He said they told him that they were considering it for some sort of daily fee. i.e. you pay $10 and you can go in and out as many times as you want until 7p.m. Thats what I can remember, too lazy to try and find the post.

Sent an e-mail to them here is what i got back... We are working on a re-entry system that allow patrons to purchase each day. It will time sensitive allowing unlimited use up to a cut-off time. (were thinking around 7pm) Charge will be in the $5-$10 range. Must also show your valid festival ticket for re-entry. They will be made available at the main entrance. I think this might help... but it its stupid to charge... from this thread about a similar topic : sasquatchfest.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=post&thread=453"e=6676&page=1hopefully they actually do this!
