Since no one has posted a Terrible Love video:
This song will melt your face off when they play it, and you'll probably be able to touch Matt to boot.

Yes please! I've seen The National 6 times and they've never played About Today, my favorite song by them Sunday evenings headlining set will mark the 10th time I have been able to catch The National. The first was Sasquatch 2010. To say emotions will be high is kind of an understatement.

About Today was the best possible closing song. Wow edit: we got a way better setlist than Boston Calling as well

Ya but what about the part where Matt humps a blowup doll in front of his entire family, Mother included?
Best national set ever.

They were so good! I cried on the hill twice during this set and am definitely a fan. I was one of the early skeptics, but I kept listening to them in the months leading up to this weekend and it fucking paid off. What a magical Sunday night...

It's amazing what an album cycle and 4 years can do. It's almost as if the guys in the band actually picked up on our Naptional jokes, because the energy at this set was an absolute 180 from 2014. Definitely some of the best stage banter I've ever heard from Matt, too. I cried through most of About Today until someone attempted a glowstick throw on the middle of it and then I broke into hysterical laughter. Most excellent.

That was one of my favorite headliner sets ever. I got clotheslined by the microphone cord during Mr. November. Huge turnaround from when I fell asleep during their 2014 show, but I hadn't given them much of a chance back then.

It was an amazing performance. Matt was basically hovering over me when he stood on the railing to sing over the crowd. My favorite show of the weekend for sure.

We must’ve been pretty close to each other during his run through the crowd, because he saw my boot and pointed at it!

I remember being so upset after seeing them for the first time in 2014 because their set didn’t live up to my hype at all and was kinda expecting the same thing this time around.
But uhhh yeah their set this year was absolutely mind blowing.

I think this is the first year since 2008 I've actively caught most, if not all, of the headliners. But even extending this umbrella out to the rest of the sets I watched over the whole weekend, I wasn't disappointed by anything. Everybody seemed like they were bringing their A-game this year.
Wait, Alex Lahey didn't play "Awkward Exchange." Sasquatch 2018 is cancelled, I want a do-over.
