The Primus poster is the one I'm looking forward to most. Sometimes if posters aren't displayed on sasquatchfestival.com you can google for them and I've found a few that way over the years, but it turns up nothing in this case. Primus has a unique poster for every show, and they usually post it on the day of show. Cool, so right in the middle of Sasquatch when no one has any internet huh? Haha..

While it is fresh - Some rules and guidelines that came out this year:
1) No packs larger than 1 foot x 1 foot. They already had a "no large bags" rule, but now it has more definition. This was a rough rule, but it was being enforced on many. If the pack was a small or mid day-pack, then fine. But larger backpacks were not being allowed. There was stepped up enforcement on Sunday. You could take a pack, and a large blanket, and other things all separate, but just no single large pack. Crunch down the pack and carry the blanket and you were fine. Put the blanket in an expanded pack and you were turned back.
2) No hula hoops. Enforcement started mid-day I think Saturday. Some people got in with them and did things they did not like. They did not ask people that had them to leave, but they did not let more in after that event. I expect it to be a rule next year.
3) Showing up late without a ticket = no camping. Period. Even if your ticket is at will-call and will-call is closed. Even if your friends have your wristband and they are inside, you cant go find them, etc. They sent people to the Park-N-Ride out by the highway. This has always been the rule. This year they were pretty hard core.
4) To me it seemed 21+ enforcement was stronger this year. Even once you had a wristband, some people were carded a second time / asked to show ID. Standard sanction seemed to be people being asked to leave and banned for the day with sharpie pen written on them. If you saw someone with a "SA" or "SU" on the back of their hands, this means they were busted and banned for that day (Saturday / Sunday, etc.).
5) Don't slide the upper bowl in the rain. While it was awesome to watch the hordes of people take to the hill during Imagine Dragons, it looked like they kicked out about 8 - 10 folks. But this was only after they repeatedly asked people to stop with security standing right there telling people to stop, etc. People just ran right by the security. They could not catch everyone, but they caught enough where people eventually decided to stop. I guess real lesson on that one is: If security tells you to not do something... don't do it. Especially not right in front of them right after they tell you not to do it.

No glowsticks, no bubbles, no inflatables and they were getting pretty grumpy about having to let in umbrellas on Monday. Booze and drugs however, totally cool!

Actually they were fine with inflatables as long as they were deflated on entry (at least, I had one that was clearly visible and they didn't care). Also blow your brains out with drugs but if you have a single glowstick they'll take it.

Yeah I got mine in too but I had to promise I wouldn't blow it up. So if the cute lady who searched me is reading, I totally didn't.

An interesting fact I learned from one of the supervisors at the gate: no need to hide your pot pipe. Washington state law prohibits them from confiscating paraphernalia. If there's weed in it, they will take the weed, but they can't take the pipe. Just wish I had learned it on the first day instead of the last.

I was the third person that made it in from my line on saturday and had to learn the no glowsticks rule the hard way, funny thing though...My girlfriend was ahead of me and got her tube taken and so when I opened my bag and had a sealed tube in it I reached in and threw it in the trash and the lady security guard reached in and was all "oh no oh I'll get them out later".
Sorta odd that she cared so much about my trash...

How do we buy the Sasquatch artist posters?

It's pretty stupid for them to promote it by putting "GLOWSTICKS GLOWSTICKS GLOWSTICKS" on the poster and then be like "NO FUDGING GLOWSTICKS" at the gate lol. Although I'm pretty the Sasquatch organizers don't decide what the security say they can't bring in.
