Mmmkay... I combed this entire thread and wrote down every band that was wishlisted (regardless of feasibility and/or talent) and kept a tally. I deleted all the bands that were only mentioned once, that list was like close to 150 artists.
Here's the breakdown based on how many times a band was wishlisted:
9 PRIMUS Animal Collective (including votes for solo acts)
7 Death Grips Grizzly Bear Portishead
6 Modeselektor Built to Spill B.jork
5 Hot Chip YACHT The Knife Daft Punk Parov Stelar
4 Four Tet Crystal Castles The National Tool Passion Pit WHY? Slint Yo La Tengo Deadmau5
3 The XX Cake TV on the Radio Earl Sweatshirt Caribou Daphni Vampire Weekend Tribe Called Quest Reunion Tame Impala PJ Harvey How To Destroy Angels Battles Flying Lotus Macklemore Tomahawk Kraftwerk
2 Mumford and Sons Red Hot Chilli Peppers Radiohead Fuck Buttons Beat Connection Atoms for Peace QOTSA Arcade Fire Robyn Bad Brains Pinback SOUNDGARDEN Bonobo Missy Elliot Wu Tang Clan Interpol Little Dragon Danny Brown Thee Oh Sees Deerhoof Deerhunter Nice nice Akron/Family Sigur Ros the Glitch Mob Big Boi STS9 Girl TALK Infected Mushroom The Lumineers Matt and Kim Mark Farina Christopher Owen

I can't wait until My Bloody Valentine shows up on the lineup and I get to laugh in wonks stupid wrong face for calling them the ultimate anti-Sasquatch band.

In terms of hip hop, which has been slightly underrepresented in this thread, I'd say any and all of these would be fantastic, and a nice alternative to, say, Macklemore.
Shabazz Palaces - Squatch veterans, possibly dropping a new record this year...I attribute the low turnout to their 2012 set to bad scheduling (against Feist and Shearwater). They killed it though.
Death Grips - not much more needs to be said other than SPREADEAGLECROSSTHEBLOCK. One of the best live acts currently active.
Cities Aviv - one of the most innovative rappers out right now (ok i'll cool it with the superlatives), he's got that indie cred and toured with Death Grips. bangin live show.
Flying Lotus/Captain Murphy - both Until the Quiet Comes and Duality were fantastic, and generally well-received critically. instrumental set? rap set? both? please. Earl Sweatshirt - seems as though he'd fit the vibe, would draw a pretty sizeable crowd. probably would need to drop more material in the meantime though
Heems - DR had a great set last time they played Squatch, and although now broken up, Heems is still is making the circuit...I'd imagine that he'd light it up.
Schoolboy Q - Fun, popular, slightly obnoxious...it'd be a party.
Aesop Rock - was gonna throw him in the less realistic category, but he lives on the West Coast now...an underground vet, and still making excellent albums. Could even pair him with Kimya Dawson. Personally, this would probably cause my brain to implode.
Less realistic: Kendrick Lamar, Danny Brown, El-p, Killer Mike, Joey Bada$$/Pro Era crew, Action Bronson, Big K.R.I.T.
Even less so: Beastie Boys return with hologram MCA

They don't make em whiter or hipper than me, boys.
Besides, it's Sasquatch. As far as rap goes, it's gonna be either mainstream, Pitchfork approved or PNW bred (usually meaning Seattle.) I'm trying to play within the ballpark here.
