Since the lineup is out, what do you all think? I know they will add more bands, maybe even another headliner?
I think the line up is alright right now, I only really like a few of them, but I think it should be good shows all around, so currently yeah unless I get a really good ride +money for coach

If i didn't love The gorge so much, i probably wouldn't be going this year. There aren't nearly as many "big names" bringing me there this year. I'm only really really excited about 2 of the bands, where as there was a good 15 for me last year.

Last year, I knew about less than 5 of the bands before the line up was announced, and it was still the best weekend I've ever had. Hell yes, I'm going, and I'm sure it will be great.

Yeah I am checking out some new bands too. The Gorge is the #1 reason I am going this year... That & Explosions in The Sky (@ Sunset)

the lineup is kind of a let down compared to last year (especially KOL and ben harper headlining) but i'll still be going because the sub-headliners are pretty solid and the overall gorge experience is hard to beat.

of course I will be going. I also go cause it is the gorge and as many of you know, the gorge and some good drugs are way fun, I would go regardless of the bands. I just hope they add a few more really good ones!!

does the fact that the actual site is not up mean anything. Like I saw that page last night and it looked done , so can we really call it confirmed if thats not up, or was there some radio station thing that I'm not aware of.

Nope, probably not going this year. Too many bands overlapping with Bonnaroo and SXSW; I can't justify making a trip out there just to see them all again.
Have fun, y'all! If I were going, I wouldn't miss:
Jane's Addiction Erykah Badu Fleet Foxes TV on the Radio Bon Iver The Avett Brothers Calexico Grizzly Bear Mugison Blitzen Trapper Monotonix King Khan and the Shrines AA Bondy Black Moth Super Rainbow The Dodos Viva Voce Horse Feathers Zach Galifiankis

I will probably go only on sunday. Not even for Janes. It was Nine Inch Nails that got me to come my first Sasquatch since they are my all time favorite band I wouldn't miss them.
So just Sunday but nothing more. Unless the PJ rumor for Monday is true.

Decided to go saturday only , then head over to Montana of sunday and see the Decemberists.
I have basically seen most of the bands on Sun and MON. especially the ones I wanted to see. If some thing speical happen on Monday I may drive back, but as of now Sat only.

But Montonix happens on Monday. And Tom, is there really a Pearl Jam rumor for Monday? I have heard about 18 posts speculating that another headliner needs to be added, which I think is ridiculous. Everyone always whines about better headliners when a lineup is announced, but it rarely rarely rarely happens, especially with Sasquatch.

Considering the small attendance in comparison to the larger festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza, it's no surprising they never have huge headliners. The revenue can't be as large as those festivals so it's important to spread the money around. Though I still imagine Pearl Jam will headline someday.

I want to go, but if none of my friends are going, I won't simply because the expense of driving from Victoria to the Gorge by myself is too costly.
This was already a year where most people I know were on the fence to begin with. Kings of Leon and Ben Harper as headliners did not help matters unfortunately.

Well what about last year i do believe the lineup had some pretty big names even the cure is headlining coachella so i wouldnt put sasquatch down for the count that its never going to have bigger headliners i thought this year would have been a repeat in greatness since they were a couple of people there and revenue would have flowed in giving them the money to get bigger bands
