I am so so so happy with the schedule!! The only conflicts I have are Jack White - Wolfgang Gartner, Feist - Felix Cartal, and Beck - Mogwai - Nero. I'm going to have to do some stage hopping I'm thinking.
How far away (time wise) were the stages from each other last year?

I've waited all year to get back to sasquatch and its almost time. I don't know very many of the bands and such playing this year so if anyone knows one that is a can't miss please let me know. I'll be completely shit faced by the time I get into the grounds. Hopefully I've met some good neighbours who will help me get in safely.
Friday - Yellow Ostrich, STRFKR, Eios, Pretty Lights, Wander around camp searching for tents with djs and flashing lights.
Saturday - I Break Horses- This is who I'm most excited to see this year - Rob Delaney, Metric, The Shins, St. Vincent, Wolfgang Gartner, Jack White
Sunday - The Head and The Heart, James Murphy, Bon Iver, Feed Me
Monday - Let me the music and the booze and such pull me around all day, The Joy Formidable, Silversun Pickups, The D, Nero, Beck

How far away (time wise) were the stages from each other last year? Eh. Just a few minutes. Depends on where you are at the main stage. It can take a little longer to climb back up the hill.

Is it true the Big Foot stage has poor sound? I've witnessed the sound completely die three or four times in four years of going. The most memorable was during Public Enemy in 2010. The sound would cut out for a couple minutes at a time, and they kept going not realizing anything was wrong.

I don't know what is so wrong with Bigfoot that they haven't fixed it after several years. I haven't experienced the sound going out at any of the other stages.

Happy to hear everything is in close proximity! Means I can stage hop to my hearts content as long as my body allows me to move quickly lol

Can't remember if it has been mentioned, but if you plan on stage hopping from one of the smaller ones to the main stage (Sasquatch Stage), expect to either find yourself at the back of the pit or make it easy on yourself and post up somewhere around the middle of the hill.

Silversun vs. John C. Reilly. Never seen either, really want to see both, I could spend the whole evening Monday at the main stage and see Feist through Beck or I could ditch out and go catch Dewey, while still catching the end of Silversun.

This gives a good idea of what the venue looks like. The white tent is the dance tent (it's bigger now), the stage at the centre bottom is the Bigfoot and to the left of that is the Yeti. Obviously the Sasquatch stage is the big one in the middle. If you are on the hill a reasonable amount of the way up you can get to any other stage in less than 5 minutes. If you are on the floor (that off green part near the Sasquatch stage, which will be much more full for the later sets) then you have to take basically 1 of 2 paths out of there, which can be pretty time consuming if 8000 people are trying to do the same thing.

That over head shot just made me lose my mind. So excited for this to happen already.
Thanks, Davers!

That overhead shot has me slightly puzzled as to how a fifth stage will be crammed there. I hope sound bleed does not become a major issue.

I may be wrong but I think the sound went down twice during Bassnectar. Other than that I didn't find the sound to be all that bad. Once you're drunk does it really matter?

Almost positive that the new stage will be somewhere outside of where the festival was this year. Maybe it could go where that little tent is in the middle since I don't expect more than a couple hundred people there at any given time, but I still doubt that. That over head shot just made me lose my mind. So excited for this to happen already. Thanks, Davers! No problem. I remembered seeing someone post it on the chella boards a while ago, so I can really only take credit for picking through the last 20 pages of that thread until I found it.
