FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU just noticed Beirut/Walkmen/Apparat/Zola Jesus. Easily the biggest conflict for me. I guess at that point you need to decide who's going to be the best to see at sunset. I'd go with Beirut if I hadn't already seen them before. Since I'm planning on catching Star Slinger, I'm just going to stick around for Apparat. Sunday will be amazing: Apparat>Little Dragon>Bon Iver>Feed Me

I saw the last 20 minutes of Beirut's set in '08...so I guess they're more or less out. Walkmen I can afford to miss, but Apparat/Zola Jesus is a tough call to make.

no horrible conflicts for me, and of the conflicts i do see i'l probably go: electric guest over blitzen trapper not sure how much of the shins i'll see with st vincent during part of the set probably miss most of gardens & villa with here we go magic and war on drugs both during halfway thru beirut i'll have to head over to catch all of little dragon spiritualized - tenacious d is rough too (i'll at least catch the 1st half of spiritualized) finally, probably have to skip mogwai completely, after tenacious d i'm staying at the main stage for beck
those conflicts are scheduled to change, however nothing to unmanageable (flaming lips-yeasayer-flying lotus killed me last year)

I'm stoked that Beirut gets a big fat sub-head slot. I haven't seen them since they opened the Sasquatch stage in '08. They sounded great then, but I would have loved a longer set.

Man Sunday is SO loaded. Really wish just one or two of those bands would have been on Saturday, which is pretty weak for my tastes. Oh well. CANT WAIT :bartscott:

I like that Monday I'll be happy enough camping out at the main stage all day, considering I will likely be in a lot of pain at this point.

Starting off Sasquatch 2012 with Yellow Ostrich -> Polica (my friend and I have an immense affinity to this band, and this will be a magical experience no doubt) -> Santigold (on hill) -> STRFKR -> Girl Talk -> I really want to see some of EITS but I am already feeling the call of the Glowpocalypse to be standing with you guys down in the pit so I may just not move from there.

I gotta say, I am surprised at the slot Gambino got on the main stage. Thats a pretty big slot for fucking Donald Glover.

I'm not a huge fan of his music, but I have respect for guys that can put on a good live performance, which I've heard he's really good at. Plus Metric is on right after him, so I'll want to be up front at that point in the evening anyhow.

I loved them in '08, it was easily one of my highlights that weekend and I've been listening to them since. They've put out an EP and a full length album in the mean time so there'll be no shortage of new songs to hear live.

Gambino was garbage at SnowGlobe. But my opinion is biased cause I hate his music in the first place.
Friday panned out perfect for me. Santigold+STRFKR+Beats Antique+Pretty Lights=to infinity...AND BEYOND. Such an awesome way to start the festival.

This is pretty much where I'm at: Still not sure how I'm going to tackle the Mogwai/Beck conflict. Anyone here who's seen both that can offer their opinion? Sad omissions from my schedule: Beirut SBTRKT Purity Ring James Murphy

Question: Why is everyone so damn excited to see Purity Ring? Also has anyone seen Metric live and how are they?

Kind of suprised there aren't more people upset about James Murphy/Bon Iver. Probably the worst conflict for me.

Beirut/Apparat/Zola Jesus is pretty rough Shearwater/Shabazz Palaces/Feist very annoying conflict Silversun Pickups/Cave Singers/ John Reily grrr Tenacious D/Sbtrkt/Spiritualized/Ted Leo PISSES ME OFF Beck/Mogwai is irritating Those are all bands I really wanted to see before the schedule came out. I think it will have to be a gametime decision for all of those. Still very excited though

Kind of suprised there aren't more people upset about James Murphy/Bon Iver. Probably the worst conflict for me. Same here brothaman. I'm choked, but probably will lean in the Bon Iver direction. Go to the first half hour of Mr. Murphy's set and then go chill on the hill. But you never know. Friday: SO stoked I get to see both Explosions and Pretty Lights, and even a bit of Girl Talk. Gonna hafta miss most of Lanegan for STRFKR but oh well. Saturday: Pretty much no conflict for me, aside from Shins and St. Vincent. The Roots at night? Hell fucking yes. Definitely leaving Jack early to get a good spot for that. Sunday: the aforementioned BI/JM, plus possibly missing the first half of Beirut for Zola Jesus. Disappointing. Does anybody here have any experience with those two bands live? Monday: Worst conflict day. Shearwater/Feist/Shabazz...that's gonna be a game time decision. Awesome Tapes and Joy Formidable is a bummer but I'll probably go with the latter. Then Beck and Mogwai...fuck. I'll figure it out. Overall I'm pleased. This is gonna be spectacular.
