One reason I'm against flying or taking a shuttle or anything is I'd have nowhere to put my stuff. I relied on my car pretty heavily to store stuff last year. I didn't have anything too expensive, but I wouldn't want to leave my passport and stuff in my tent.

Well the plan was to have wheels rolling by 8:00am on Friday. Then for some reason I thought I should hit a couple of brew pubs then a bar or two on Thursday afternoon / evening (I was on vacation in Seattle for the 6 days prior to the festival). To this day, I still wonder whatever possessed me to do that, given that I had 4 days of Sasquatch! ahead and should have been resting up. Oh well. Still had a blast. Seattle brews will have that kind of influence on a man. |
