I went on to get the tickets and I had been poised and ready and I thought I was just having some major malfunction or something when it said it couldn't find any. But I already told HG I would be there and do the best I could but no promises.

I feel like I don't have a ticket just because I didn't participate in this.

Just take a picture of yourself holding your real ticket and then we'll all be jealous.

Ahh feels like it was only this morning that I got written up because I used the work computer to purchase my Sasquatch tickets.

I guess by pre-sale they meant actual sale?

Pff, whatever. They'll still put 5,000 more tickets on sale in two months.

Holding onto a ticket for 5 months can be very unnerving. Luckily, I have found a fool-proof method: I was thinking about this yesterday. $630 for two small pieces of paper. God forbid something happens to those pieces of paper. I actually almost did the ticket insurance thing, but after it said they send your information to a 3rd party I figured fuck that. I keep hearing about the phony wrist bands that are supposed to last 4 days too, and I am not looking foreword to that.

Hate to admit that I attended DMB 2011, but must say the in/out super wristband they provided would last a month. It was much more sturdy than the wristbands that have been handed out over the past few years for the premiere camping.
This is assuming they use the same style wristband as DMB fest.

They need to get with the program and make some durable cloth wristbands with proper snaps. I found TWO on the ground on the very first day last year. That's straight up game over for the weekend right there.

They need to stop making DMB wrist bands so that no one can ever go to a DMB festival. Ever.

When they put my wristband on last year it was not even clipped on all the way. I demanded they attach it before I left. I didn't want to do it myself because I did not want any trouble from any yellow shirts about tampering with it. I was scared it was just going to fall off. Most expensive plastic wristband ever.

If the fest actually sells out before the presale ends people will be fucking choked. There are probably tons of people way less involved in this than we are and never check the facebook and have no idea there is even a presale going on right now. Wouldn't surprise me if there aren't a whole lot of tickets left though, it doesn't seem like there is much of a limit to this presale.

This was the Rifflandia wristband, I thought it was so much better that the 'squatch ones. The fastener was like a zip tie so you couldn't pull it off.

Looks the same as the Live at Squamish ones. They were great, I left mine on for a while after thinking it might fall off on it's own like my Sasquatch one did, but a week later I still needed scissors to get it off.
Main drawback as far as Sasquatch is concerned is that I dont know how well barcodes would work on cloth. Then again they just resorted to punching in the number most of the time anyway last year.
