Celebration Rock is such the appropriate title, too. It makes you want to put your arms around all of your best buds and jump up and down while drinking beer.

It very well may be based on how blown away I was at their set on the Yeti, but I'm all over Dry The River - Shallow Bed.

I enjoy the new Tallest Man on Earth album, just like every Tallest Man on Earth album. He writes okay songs and sings them with his awesomely emotive voice, and that's about it. Very limited range of things coming out of that guy, but at least what does is pretty.

I think I posted this a while ago, but for any Tallest Man fans that haven't seen it, it's pretty awesome. This is his other musical project:

^^ that was pretty cool. I knew he was in some other group before he was the tallest man, but I never checked it out. Do they have any records out?

Yep, but don't even think about trying to find a copy anywhere. I think it was locally pressed in Sweden and was extremely limited. I couldn't find amy copies anywhere on the internet. It took me months of searching just to find a download of it. If anyone would like it feel free to send me a PM.

So far...
The Menzingers - On the Impossible Past Beach House - Bloom Zammuto - Zammuto Japanroids - Celebreation Rock Cloud Nothings - Attack on Memory Sleigh Bells - Reign of Terror Grimes - Visions Jack White - Blunderbuss Santigold - Master of My Make Believe Memoryhouse - The Slideshow Effect
I have a feeling that Gaslight Anthem, Regina Spektor, Black Moth and Hot Water Music's new albums will also be on there when they are released.

Adding Van She's "Idea of Happiness" to take care of the obligatory "generic yet super catchy and fun" indie-dance album of the year.

I was going to ask that^ album to be added to my list but I see that my selections were added and then removed from the first page so I will no longer contribute to this thread.
Disregard.
