Do you have a link for the actual article? There is no way that tobacco is that low on either of the scales. Tobacco kills more people than anything, except for fat. I think they're just measuring the "harmfullness". As in if they same amount of people smoked tabacco also smoked crack, who would be more worse off. Totally agree with ya dude. So lets say that me and you are in a room. I'm drinking a gin and tonic, and you are smoking a marlboro. Which do you think is causing more harm to the other person? Alcohol is the worst for the person consuming it. It is literally the worst drug there is for you health. However there is no way it is worse than any of the other drugs "second hand".

Unless, the other person goes crazy black out drunk and starts accusing the smoker of stealing his "ideas all of the time", and the smoker's all, like "Huh? What ideas?", which makes the black out drunk dude say, "You just stole that idea! I'll kill you, you sonuvabitch!!!!!!!!!"... ... then whose most harmful?

I think it said the lancet was free; you just gotta sign up. This should go in movie quotes, but I feel it's applicable here... "every man dies but not every man really lives"

But I still stand by what I said. They are still 10 years behind discovering the effect that cigarette smoke ( hell just generall smoke/pollution) has on the human body. They used to think smoking wasn't a health risk. Then they said it was only a risk to the smoker. Now they know it is a risk to anyone who inhales it. There is now also strong evidence about "third hand" smoke, the smoke that lingers in clothing, carpets, couches and even skin. As a respiratory therapist I will tell you that there is no way that smoking would be behind alcohol when the top 4 leading causes of death in the world are caused directly by smoking. My point being that although journals are legit as hell for being accurate. Sometimes accuracy changes daily in regards to medicine. There is just so much that is still undiscovered in regards to the human body.

... then whose most harmful? Who's more harmful? The abusive drunk? Or every smoker when they go back inside with deadly chemicals all over them?

He's already been asked to start behaving like a grownup. And he's going to, isn't that right, doobs?

Man, I feel so sorry for that kid in later life. He's got tough times ahead in his adolescence when his peers discover that Time cover.

Yeah, I'll tone it down grandma-ma. This was a headline today. Just trying to make conversation. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Doobs I don't really think it was inappropriate. I just don't think we understand what you meant by it.

Yeah, its a time magazine cover, no big. It was just that in conjunction with the man-yams and the taint choking.

I did not understand what you meant by "young sasquatch camper' thread too?"
Yes, this is a headline, it was all over the internet. But you have no commentary. It sure seems like the only reason you are posting it is because of the picture. Also, since you mentioned it in a another thread, that is not just some model that is the actual mother of that child.

oh, the 'young sasquatch camper' thread part wasn't comprehensible? i was insinuating the adorable aspect of a mother/son relationship; but when has it gone too far? there's no way in hell my mom would have let me come to sasquatch at all while i was living under her roof. I did see RATM with opening acts The Roots (while they had Rahzel; also a fill in for the recently arrested Wu-Tang Clan) and Atari Teenage Riot when I was a frosh in HS (1997). She let me go cause we had an adult supervisor; that same 'supervisor' let us blaze doobs in her caddy going 120 mph on the way there.
