Premier Camping was really poorly run/organized this year. The festival was raaaad, but the Premiere camping, which is generally excellent, was terrible.
"Experienced Staff" who were directing people who paid into the regular area, who didn't have any information on anything you had questions with. Specifically the shuttles (which I will get to).
Fair enough. We got lots of room, no complaint here.
On day one, and part of day two, this "private" area wasn't staffed, and was filled with the regular campers.
1. Shuttles were late EVERY DAY of the show. Monday, we were told to line-up at 10am, and the shuttle didn't get there until 11am. No one was admitted early any day of the show, and the "good" spaces on the rock-face (AKA the main reason people pay the extra money - to get in early and get a sweet spot) were taken up by people coming in the main gate. EVERY DAY OF THE SHOW. The place to get back on the shuttle to get back to the camp site was closed off on day one (at least temporarily), and the whole thing was fucking bullshit.
One shuttle running half an hour to an hour late every day of the festival
From what I saw, showing Transformers on an outdoor screen is a pretty fucking weak attempt at this.
I suppose the main issue was the shuttles. It's not as if I can't walk, but you can't get to the premiere entry if you aren't in a shuttle (they don't let you walk there), so you are totally stuck waiting around for them to get their shit together this year. On Monday (festival started earlier) was news to everyone except the concert goers. The shuttle people had no idea, the premiere camping manager had no idea. We convinced a manager, and he told us they would get a shuttle there by 10 am. So, we lined up at 10am and waited until 11am. 1 hour. Fuuuuuuuck.
For $60/Vehicle/Night you can enjoy additional benefits and privileges.
Premier camping provides a reserved site, area enclosed with cedar fence to provide an enjoyable, private and secure atmosphere. Experienced staff on hand to provide needed assistance and to monitor sites for unauthorized guests.

These campsites are extra roomy to accommodate larger vehicle i.e. SUVs, RVs (no hook ups (sorry), travel trailers and easily accessible.

Access to clean, private restrooms and shower facilities featuring flushable toilets, electrical receptacles and air conditioning.

A special air-conditioned shuttle service to the amphitheatre from campground. Premiere campers will be allowed early entry.
