Okay so i'm stuck. 4 of us are bringing over an RV, 3 of us have general camping tickets but the guy driving the RV has premier. So we had hoped because he has the premier camping ticket we could park the rv in the premier camping spot. Now because the rest of us have general camping will we still be able to stay in the RV with him? Please helllllllpppppppppppp

In previous years they check the wristbands of people that are trying to walk into premier camping and I don't see any reason it would change. A couple of people on this board said they have walked through with no hassle, but I have never had that experience. We can never go hang out with our friends in premier.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe a VIP camping pass is good for up to four people. Your friends will be able to park their car out in the gulag with the rest of us untouchables and then stay with you in your RV.

Oh yeah that is true, you would need to go in with them and get wristbands.

People bring fucking battle fortresses on wheels into general camping, your RV would be fine. If you want to camp in premiere, your one pass should be sufficient. The only reason you'd want to downgrade to general camping would be if you want to participate in the party of the year.

Interesting. I know this thread was on here a few years ago, but I'm wondering about bringing x number of people with you in a van/with a premiere pass. We bought one, but we have six people in our van, all flying in.

I think it is only good for four.

"This year your Sasquatch Festival ticket is an all inclusive ticket. No fees are added on top of the ticket (except for special delivery choices), holders of this ticket will have access to general camping and parking with no additional cost. There will however be an extra charge should you wish to upgrade to Premier Camping ($160 per campsite - 4 persons)." www.gorgecamping.com/SASQUATCH-2011.html

Let's all try not to encourage people to attempt to circumvent the rules which have been put in place to prevent overcrowding in the campground. Please.

In my situation, it would be 3 tents regardless of the change in # of people in the van, the guys just happen to be bringing their girlfriends along this year. 3 tents is 3 tents, yo.

K well just so you know every indication is that they are going to be much more militant about the campground this year and six people is still six people.

festival + militant = unhappy camper? hurr durr. I mean, yeah, I suppose we'd be willing to slip the 16 year old fence greeters a $20, but I guess $180 for another pass would be... well, expensive. I have a 40 year old with me who is sexually going to complain all night if we end up in regular camping, too. damn.

4 wristbands is 4 wristbands, yo. Isn't that how they keep us normal folk out of premier camping?

We're coming guns a blazing in an RV - debating between Premiere camping ($170) or Reserved RV ($200). Can anyone speak to an experience in Reserved RV? The site indicates Premiere has "private restrooms" and shuttle service to amphitheater, but Reserved mentions its close to the amphitheater and doesn't mention private restrooms! Is reserved just an extension of Premier, or is it completely separate?
Premiere and Reserved don't call-out a max person limit per vehicle, as was noted in years past. We have 4 people staying with us for the entire festival - with an addtl 2 people joining as-needed. The 2 joiners are in/with a band in the line-up. Safe to assume they will have the credentials to get access to Premiere and/or Reserved RV sites?
Really appreciate any advice you can offer!

I would assume a backstage pass will get them wherever they want to be.

Camp in premiere every year. Have brought a pop-up three of the four times i've attended and 5 people three of the four times i've attended.
I'm not positive, so I probably shouldn't even venture a guess, but I will anyway. I'm pretty certain that the reserved RV camping is located at one end of the Premiere Camping area and you get the same amenities (if you want to call a bus ride and an extra wrist band amenities).
