Just get Gibbons to make you a cheesy dog. He takes a really long time but it is good.

Those boneless wings were awesome. The mongolian beef and noodles stand was a new addition as well.

Yeah I had the mongolian beef and noodles and it was good, and I also had the yakisoba shit noodles. Those and red bull were the only thing i bought inside.

I bought chicken strips during Beck and my brain was convinced I couldn't swallow.
Here's some chicken strips, Gibbons!

Who would have guessed that the Gorge makes a better boneless wing than Hooters?? I even got to choose from three delicious sauces (Epic Meal Time voice) to smother them in.

All I remember eating is the shit noodles which were way too salty and the boneless chicken strips which were actually really good. I'm positive I ate all four days and I know I didn't eat the same thing twice, but I have no idea what I had on the other two days.

I have quite a few magic food window stories. Those experiences are mind-bogglingly awesome as they're unfolding. Then you think back to it the next day and realize how much of a psycho you probably came off as to the employee.

The only thing I ate all of Friday was my Gibbons burrito at 10:30am. Probably explains my state later on that evening.

$4 quesadillas over by the Yeti were a nice find, but there was definitely no cheap beer.

$4 Rolling Rock existed somewhere, but it was almost as elusive as Sasquatch himself.

Speaking of food, this Globe and Mail blurb made me giggle. We're such food snobs in Victoria that our festival's food lineup is almost as hotly anticipated as the music! "In Victoria this September, the Rifflandia Festival, which is ostensibly built around top bands like The Flaming Lips and Sloan, will also feature a mobile brick pizza oven, a southern barbecue “Pigmobile,” a charcuterie vendor, a Polish delicatessen truck that sells grilled cheese sandwiches stuffed with pierogies and a company that does Central American paletas – frozen, crazy-flavoured fruit pops. The festival is going so far as to announce its food lineup one month ahead of time in a live radio event. “Not only do you know in advance what bands you’re going to see at what time, but you know what food you’re going to be eating,” said Nick Blasko, the festival’s director."

$4 Rolling Rock existed somewhere, but it was almost as elusive as Sasquatch himself. It was only at one of the concession stands, and they sold out at some point. Leave it to Live Nation to promote cheaper beers and have them be severely limited.
