I have made plenty of mistakes this Fantasy season (Mariners..). Trading Mccutchen was risky from the get go. I knew he was going to be really good but didn't think he was going to be MVP good. It would be fine if Bonifacio could keep healthy but damn he just went on the DL again. Also, I was anticipating Guera to be the Dodgers closer. Wow, that was a season changer. Nice trade wonk (not being sarcastic, well done)

I really do wish it worked out better for you, I typically don't root against players I trade away. Those guys you acquired died quickly.

Interested in picking up a RP. Need some saves...anybody interested in potential trades that has RP excess? I'm struggling in saves, the reason I picked up the Franciscos, and promptly added about 14 earned runs in four innings to my totals. I think I got one save though? For everyone else still playing who didn't notice, the trade deadline has officially passed since Badchoices's post above. We're stuck with who we have now.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH. Pissed that one of my most consistent players this season was consistent potentially due to performance enhancements. Melky suspended 50 games. YIKES

Since it appears that every player WONK touches turns to gold, I beg of you to pick up Cliff Pennington. THANKS!

Yeah, I guess I forgot about those two. I also had the pleasure of a Cordero 1/3 inning, 4 hit, 5 ER effort (not sure if those numbers are exact, but they can't be too far off).
Tried to catch lightning in a bottle and ended up catching danl46's shit in a bag.

The guy that I held out way too long for was Lester. I should have let that bastard go long ago but I didn't think he could be as bad as he actually was. Blind

Having 2-4 guys injured all season, I was so happy last week when I dropped a couple injured guys, and saw no red in my lineup (minus the guy on IR). It was the first time all year. Then in the last couple days, SIX GUYS got hurt. SIX.

It's been a rough year, and my team is really cold right now, but there are ups and downs in a fantasy season. It should be an exciting final month. I have the team to go off, now that they're almost all healthy.

I was watching Lester pitch against the M's yesterday and they were talking about some of the struggles he had early in the season. I new that he was terrible because I was feeling it in the pitching stats but I didn't see some of those game lines. Fucking 4 innings 11 earned runs on one game! Being the first time playing fantasy baseball I think I have some takeaways for next season....including don't have too many Mariners

Anyone paying attention it witnessing a monumental pitching staff implosion. Two weeks ago, I had this league won, but my team ERA is over ten since then. Edwin Jackson gave up 9 runs today in 1.1 innings.

Hold the presses! If we had a starts limit of 200 games how is it that a certain Field of Wonks was able to start 204 games and record the stats associated with those starts? Anyone?

Hold the presses! If we had a starts limit of 200 games how is it that a certain Field of Wonks was able to start 204 games and record the stats associated with those starts? Anyone? When the day starts, if you have hit your 200 limit, you don't accumulate stats for starting pitchers. If you haven't hit your 200 limit when the day starts, you do accumulate stats for starting pitchers. Two other teams in the league went over the 200 limit as well, because they had multiple starts the day they hit the limit. It was still a risky move. If even one of those guys gets blown out, I could have lost up to four points. It wasn't like I was adding five aces either, the good pitchers were already taken. I got lucky it worked out, because that easily could have cost me the league.
