That Black Mountain song was a sweet one to pick...not to mention "All Hell For a Basement"! Great guitar work on that tune for sure.

I was reluctant to put a Big Sugar song on there, but i'll be god damned if that song isn't great. Also the Constantines are one of my favorites, terribly underrated band in my opinion.

Fuck that. Back when they were in the spotlight, I wasn't that into them. Then this year I felt like getting nostalgic and went back through their tunes thinking "Man these guys are rad. Why aren't they still around?"

When I was putting the mix together I wikipedia'd every artist. Their page said a new album in 2011. But I know what you mean, that happens to me lots; looking back on certain things brings back a sort of nostalgia for it. Although I always loved "all hell for a basement"

Ok so I'm done mine, but now I'm broke as a... I can't think of anything good, but you get the point. I will ship on payday friday, and will do the super fast shipping to make up for my slowness. I will also include a 500 word essay on why I'm a slacker.

Also the Constantines are one of my favorites, terribly underrated band in my opinion. what's going on with them right now, did they announce a hiatus or something? Easily one of my favorite live bands. First time I saw them was at sasquatch 06 during the hailstorm. I was front row and it was unbelievably loud but so good. I was just miserable as I was getting hailed on but I stayed up there until the power cut out on them. One of the more powerful moments I've ever experienced. When I turned around I realized I was one of like 50 people who stuck it out through the hail.

I have no idea, they just sort of dropped off my radar after Kensington Heights. I wasn't at Sasquatch during the hailstorm show, but I have seen them live and they were amazing, and very fucking loud.

Re-phrased. If a younger version of Sloan were out today, they would really popular.

Looking forward to listening to you mix when I get home from work. I know that it will ruin the surprise, but maybe we should just say who we sent our mixes to just in case there was an incorrect address. Just seems strange that only three out of twenty have been recieved.
Also, when we get the mix are we posting the tracklisting in that new thread or this one?
