Eggs over medium so I can dip my toast in the yolk. I also love omelets, I think veggie are my favorite. Also I love hardboiled. I seriously love eggs.
I like to get rye toast usually if I am out at a breakfast place. Occasionally I get sourdough.

Sriracha and Tapatio are my go to sauces. I also like Cholula.

I prefer Louisiana-style hot sauces for most things, but Sriracha with eggs, stir-fries and soups.
