Totally man, Shorty's is THE place to be in Seattle. Creepy as fuck, but their machines are immaculate.

I like the cream cheese dogs in Seattle. There is nothing better than stumbling out of a bar on Capitol Hill at 2am and getting a cream cheese hot dog. The best thing about Seattle, definately. |

One hot dog vendor uses a caulking gun to put his cream cheese on the hot dog. A cream cheese hot dog is so much better when the cream cheese comes out of a caulking gun. Living in seattle my whole life I have always thought they have cream cheese hot dogs every where.

Seeing as you're in the palouse, I figure you might have spent some time in pullman. Have you ever had a munchiez hot dog? They are amazing.
