Fine, I'll throw my support behind this guy.
Or maybe this guy?
Or maybe this guy?
Or this guy?
I guess my point is that it doesn't matter what year it is - people are dumb.

Rebecca Black has nothing on this girl
The best part is the comments because they need approval before posting. I really hope mine gets approved.

Hahaha whaaaaat the fuck. 1.) That sounds like a fucking Residents song being sung by a Mongolian podiatrist that has recently been hit in the head with a brick (so, uhhh, yeah, in other words it basically just sounds like a Residents song). Not even in the abstract -- the verse is nearly identical to 'Constantinople', dissonant chord progression and all. 2.) The fucking comments! One after the other, VOICE OF AN ANGEL! BEST SINGING VOICE EVERRRR! And then the completely incomprehensible shit: and this, which seems to have slipped under her radar while she was approving comments: 3.)

I'm with Pea. This has 3 Wolf Moon written all over it.

My comment hasn't been approved. "Every now and then a song comes along that reaches into your heart and massages the labia of your soul. This is one of those songs. This song has bowel moving power. Heaven has a name, and it's name is Gnesa." I would love a compliment like that.

Hahaha the comments are great.
"the musical dissonance at 0.52 is just amazing; musical genius!"
"I just wish the lalalala part was a little longer, it was the best part"
Shax if you took out the word bowel you might have been able to sneak through.
Edit: this one too "This is so great. I want to make sweet love to your voice for long time."
and another "This song is so amazing! It made me ejaculate!" How could she approve that?

From now on, when I am being overtly sarcastic I am going to intersperse the words of my sentences with 3's. That's kind of brilliant.
Example:
I just fucking love Coldplay 3 there music makes me feel such big emotions 3 everytime i here it was all yellow i cry 3 lol even after all these years

I suppose this is why I never frequent this thread. It's a semi-attractive pop singer who can't sing. What am I missing?

The comments. Not that Youtube comments aren't already the actual dregs of the internet, like the lowest form of communication known to man. This is one of those intriguing little internet anomalies that pop up sometimes. Like I said, like 3 Wolf Moon.
Knowing you, wonk, I'm going to assume that there is a possibility that you have never gone and read through the thousands of customer reviews of the 3 Wolf Moon at Amazon.com. It's fucking bizarre. There's just no way to know how or why that became a thing, and you get the feeling that the vast majority of the people writing them can't even tell if they are joking or not. (I'll vouch for the actual metaphysical power of the 3 Wolf Moon, but I couldn't tell you in a million years where it comes from or what it means.)
What's interesting is that a.) so damn many people have seen that semi-attractive pop singer butchering that dismal song, and that b.) so many of them took the time to remark on it, and considering c.) that this Gnesa person apparently has to personally approve every comment that gets posted, it makes you wonder whether there are actually that many people who actually think she has the voice of an angel and want to make love to her reincarnated angel larynx or she is just so fucking stupid and so ignorant of the concept of irony that she can't tell that at least 90% of those people are making fun of her.
You don't strike me as much of a people-watcher, though, so maybe it's just not as interesting or amusing to you as it is to me. Things that are so fundamentally ambiguous as how I ever even came to sit and watch that video in the first place fucking fascinate me.

Okay, I get it now. I also get why I would never get it in the first place. I'm not a youtube fan, nearly 100% of youtube videos I've watched were posted on this board, and I hate youtube comments as much as I hate tweets by famous athletes. u no wut i meen?

I have to appreciate a pop singer that stands againt auto-tune in an age where all pop singers use auto-tune.
