That NIN/APC show was pretty rad. Indeed. Best ever is a hard claim, but it's easily top 5 in my life.

300+ Bon Iver sets is a lot of Bon Iver sets. Yeah, thats like 299 more Bon Iver sets than I've been to. Not sure if my math checks out, but yours does! But seriously that was maybe the most goosepoop inducing experience of my life. Everyone chanting "what might have been lost" was awesome! I live for those moments.

That was Bon Iver in 2009. That... yeah, that was one of my favorite Sasquatch sets ever.
A far cry from Bon Iver in 2012, which was dismally boring (with the exception of that circular breathing saxophone solo, which is quite possibly the most impressive display of musicianship I have ever witnessed).

Built to Spill in Pullman I noticed there is an independent music venue in Pullman now. I went to school there 02-06 and the only shows we got were put on by the school (Swollen Members, The Wailers..maybe some others). I have seen some good shows getting booked there over the last year. Wish I could have had those while I lived there! Anyways, welcome aboard

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah it's great to have a venue on the Pallouse, I've got to see Built to Spill, Starfucker, and Blind Pilot there. It's a good break from all the nothing that happens here.

Name: Adam What my user name represents/means: can't say I put much thought into it, but it sounded like a good hacker handle. From: Vancouver, BC Favorite Bands: There are so many, but I suppose I've always been partial to artists who could sound really good on an acoustic set. Not that they HAVE to play acoustic instruments... just that they have to have the potential to survive as an artist in a post-apocalyptic world where electricity is rationed very carefully. I do make some exceptions to this rule though; Bassnectar is pretty awesome... erm well... glowsticks are pretty awesome. My All-Time Favorite Artist: Sufjan Stevens (on some days) First Concert Attended: When I was 13 I had a band called James Bondage, we played for my friend's mom and sister in their basement... then I saw some nobody punk band called Death Tsunamis or something, but my first real concert was probably Primus. Last Concert Attended: The Ruffled Feathers at a local event All time Favourite Concert: Decembrists in 2007 at Helena Middle School All time Favourite Festival: Fuji Rock 2010 Sasquatches Attended: 2011 Sasquatch Wishlist: LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk, David Bowie, Arcade Fire, Sufjan Stevens, Hot Chip, Roots, White Stripes, I am really into the Alabama Shakes at the moment... Spice Girls, Chuck Berry, Grateful Dead, the Beatles (ALL of them), & Jackson 5 (as kids)... Ronald Jenkees... I'll stop.
I'll add that this year I'm stoked to see all 4 headliners, Bloc Party, Edward Sharpe, Arctic Monkeys, Lumineers, Chvrches, Primus 3D, Devendra Banhart, and oh so many more...

What my user name represents/means: My love for water....I think
From: Palmer, Alaska
Favorite Bands: Decemberists, Modest Mouse, Band of Horses, Mountain Goats, Black Keys, Shins, Arcade Fire, Metric, Portugal the Man, Neutral Milk Hotel, Brand New...the list goes on (and on and on and on...)
My All-Time Favorite Artist: Colin Meloy or Isaac Brock (If I reaaally have to choose)
First Concert Attended: Some crappy local punk band I'm sure
Last Concert Attended: Portugal. The Man a couple months ago. They're from here so they come here often. Not much else does....Alaska has a horrible music scene
All time Favourite Concert: Modest Mouse at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland in 2008, or Matt&Kim at Bonnaroo 2011
All time Favourite Festival: The line up for Bonnaroo 2011 was INSANE. The heat was unbearable though

Sasquatch Wishlist: Pretty much the 2011 lineup, plus a few extras. Amazing, bummed I missed that one!
Anyway, hello new friends. I've been lurking around for a while and then made an account and have been putting of introducing myself, so there ya go!
