The reason 'Majora's Mask' isn't more people's favorite is that a lot people didn't play it because a.) it came out right at the end of the 64's life cycle and a lot of people had moved on to Dreamcast, and b.) it looked a LOT like 'Ocarina', which was a great game but also really frustrating in a lot of ways.

Definitely fair points. I would also say that 7 out of 10 people I've talked to about it never got out of Deku Scrub form, so they thought it was "too hard".
