I think that meme died like 2 weeks ago, Pea. Anyway, I rented Skyrim so I can see what all of the fuss is about. Good man.

I'm nervous to play it. I really want to tell you all I hated it and didn't give a shit but I'm worried I'll be sucked in forever...

You can choose to just go straight sword and shield, use fire to burn everything, or do what I do and just sneak up being everything and stick a knife in their backs.

I gave up. I can definitely appreciate it but I'm simply too A.D.D. to tinker around on a game like that.

My goodness Skyward Sword is beautiful. Yes! How far are you lumps? Takin' it easy? Only just finished the first temple as that's all I've had time for (and I really haven't even had time for that), but I can already tell this game is way too good. How far are you without spoiling anything that is to come ahead of me?

Ugh. I wish I could play Skyward Sword.
But the fact that I need to buy a new Wiimote just to play it really turns me off from it.

How far are you without spoiling anything that is to come ahead of me? Let's see, I've done...six temples I think? I'm not sure how close to the end I am, but I would guess I've got at least 10-15 more hours.

I tried a demo of Skyward Sword at a GameStop. That combat system is fucking aggravating. When I play video games, I'm usually pretty stoned and at least moderately drunk. The last thing I want is a fucking upper-body workout. I wish there was some kind of adapter I could plug a Gamecube controller into so I could play it that way.

Mainly because I like to lay down on a couch and play my adventure games... Those plants can be a bitch to kill too. You'll get past it though. This game has been really addicting.

I played through Twilight Princess while just sitting on the couch and flicking my wrist around a little. I don't think you need to be fully active to play it, although you can be if you want.

To be honest, sometimes I don't play just because I'm being lazy. It really does take some damn effort.

This will be the first Zelda game since the one for the SNES that I don't end up playing. ...and please, no video game dork outrage over my lack of love for A Link to the Past. I've heard it all before.

I've heard it all before. A link to the Past is oddly polarizing for some reason. Either you love it or you hate it. I've played about 50% of the Zelda games over the years, but since I don't own any current consoles except a DS (which isn't even current anymore), I don't really have many chances to play Zelda games. I generally enjoy them, with the exception of The Adventure of Link (or whatever the 2nd, side-scrolling one was called). I hated that one. Playing a not-so-new Final Fantasy game on the DS right now (Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light) and it's kind of interesting, but I'm not feeling nearly as drawn in as with other games like FF4, FF6, and FF7.
