I am not totally bumbed by the line-up, but I just pray that there will be someone else there. I mean come on.... I was excited for N.I.N., but then I realized they werent a headliner. that means they will get like half the set of janes addiction right? Maybe the shins or MGMT or at least someone else should be there. It just seems like not that good of a lineup to me. Ben harper will be good.

Hey errbody. what do you guys think about Ben Lee being there. I think it would be just heartwarming. A 10 thousand person singalong to "We're all in this together".

god it was amazing. sooooo amazing. i barely got into because there wasn't any set time or anything. I just happened to stumble up at exactly the right time for the second showing. Man, it was a doozy.... wayne was there, and I was in the front row just smokin' a j. The movie was crazy, and the back of the tickets even looked like perforated blotter paper, haha! It made me wonder if the lips were really crazy enough to give doses out like that. Definitely a great experience. I should have should wayne's hand, but I got too nervous and didn't...

just to let you know. food is not important at sasquatch. for me, its all about seeing how close to death i can come while still remaining on my feet. Last year, it seemed like there was no time to eat.

Peter, bjorn and john is a good start. passion pit is pretty good. but I want some big names, mostly the band of horses, maybe the shins, MGMT, Spoon, i wouldn't mind seeing the lips again, incubus? radiohead? NIN? I really have no idea.... There's not all that many possibilities out there.

umm. bring clothes(pants optional) be prepared because it will get cold at night, and be prepared for heat because it very well could be a hundred degrees. bring booze, c.sativa, powerful hallucinogens, etc... bring a camera to document your amazing experience an umbrella might be a smart thing to bring WATER, and lots of it bring something bizzare to wear, just to stir things up a bit. a small backpack will be useful a tent to sleep in, earplugs in case you have loud neighbors all night bring music bring lots of food your game face will come in handy some tye-dye a car might come in handy so you can lock your valuables up. your acoustic guitar shower shoes swimsuit sunscreen thats all you will need I think. at least thats all I need. feel free to add anything you think might be important to my list.

I really don't find this to be a conflict. I choose a front row spot to the lips before ghostland. It seems to be the obvious choice, considering it is a UFO SHOW!

on saturday im sticking to the main stage all the way- fleet foxes, dengue fever, beirut, skipping ozomatli, then the national, skipping new pornos, then MIA, modest mouse, and REM.
on sunday im checking out the small stages a bit- the morning benders, the heavenly states, the cold war kids, the presidents for sure, michael franti, and im skipping Death cab, because they're just not my bag, then im going to stephen malkmus and the jicks they seemed pretty cool from what i saw, then the cure, even though im not really a fan, they are just huge.
I am most excited for monday actually-dyme def, yeasayer, MATT COSTA!, THE HIVES!, the cave singers are badass, kinski, mars volta, and THE FLAMING LIPS. Oh man, i can't wait

Me and my friend just got our tickets and are pumped for this year's line up. I was just wondering if you can come to the camp ground after midnight and just not have to pay an extra 40 bucks, this is ridiculous considering we already bought a 3 day camp pass for a hundred bucks and don't wanna spend that much. also I was wondering what to expect as far as how early we should be there. We want to be up front for sure and just don't know if we should leave the night before to make we have insurance on a spot or just leave friday morning and get there at like 9 or 10 ish. help me out....

Im sure you could always find a spot on the lawn that would be kid friendly, thats the magic of the gorge. However, dont go with you kids and expect people around you not to partake in adult activities. there are many wierd old drunk people and a lot of smoking going on, your kids probably will not enjoy it.
