The outdoor showers are not as nice as those, but the idea is the same. They have doors on them and there is no way that you can see into one when the door's closed.

So we were sitting at our camp on Monday morning and our neighbours, who we didn't even talk to, came over and asked if we wanted some leftover beer that they "were just going to throw out". Not being one to pass up free beer I said sure. I figured it would just be a couple, but no, the guy threw a cooler down with roughly 30 fucking cans of beer in it!!!! WHO THE FUCK THROWS BEER OUT, even if it was Bud Light. Beer's cheap in the states, but still.
Anyways, I'm drinking the last of it now so thanks beer guy for a weeks worth of beer after the festival.

Fuck, I made it out alive. A week ago I was sitting on the hill watching the sunset while Beirut played a beautiful set, now I'm trying to find something to wear t work tomorrow!! In short, I miss Sasquatch like a motherfucker.
This was a great year for music, travel and time with friends, but I am sad that I missed the board meetup at Yellow Ostrich due to the fuckheads running the lines getting into the venue. It's really a shame because you looked liked you all had a rocking time. Great photo's posted by the way.
You guys are great and I hope that when I attend the festival in 2014 I get the opportunity to finally meet some of you!!!

I stayed at Wildhorse again this year and I LOVE IT. We stayed up each night and drank beer and listened to music until 2am or so, popped in some earplugs and still got a good nights sleep. Plus the showers are an added bonus. Hot water, outdoors, clean and relatively short lines. Finally, the people that run that place actually care about your well being and are unbelievably nice and accommodating.

The car is packed, the music has been picked and I am rearing to go. To bed that is. Hittin' the gravel at about 6am tomorrow so it's time to call it a night.
Everybody have a great, and more importantly, safe drive into the Gorge. Looking forward to having a bevvie with you crazy cat's at Yellow Ostrich on Friday night.
I AM EXCITED AS FUCK FOR SASQUATCH!!!!

I love a good slow burner of a show. Start things of a little mellow before kicking it into high gear.

Or don't buy so much fucking food that you will have enough for a food fight leftover. Worst idea ever.

I just placed my pre-order for Sugar's Copper Blue/Beaster reissue. This is one of my favourite albums of all time. Can't wait for it to arrive.
"Copper Blue / Beaster 3-CD set is a remastered deluxe edition of Sugar’s quintessential debut album and companion EP, plus B-sides, a complete 1992 live show and 40-page booklet. The 2-LP version contains Copper Blue and Beaster on vinyl, with a coupon included for full download of the records, B-sides, complete liner notes and an entire 1992 live show".

I have no identifying tattoo's, glowing cowboy hats, wolf hats, rap accessories, protruding horns or aliens, glow sticks, Waldo outfits, canned chicken or pet manatees. But I do wear a lot of plaid and my buddy Tim will more than likely be sporting a black CJSW toque. So maybe I'll pass him off as my identifying accessory.

I just got back from buying food and it turned out to be a decent enough trip. For breakfast we will be having scrambled eggs with chives and bacon. I also bought oatmeal and mini cinnamon raisin bagels for when the eggs run. Lunches will be flavoured tuna and buns with sausage and cheese. For the venue we will be having homemade hummus and eggplant dip with veggies, granola bars and crackers. Late night snacks are noodle bowls of some variety. Snacks consist of chips, licorice and peanuts.
I also picked up some chipotle smokies, buns and carmelized onion spread for the first night.
All in all, the groceries were $100 for three of us for five nights/days. Not too shabby.
I did my best this year to not have to buy shitty food at the venue, but I will be partaking in some WILDBURGER action for sure. Not to mention biscuits and sausage gravy.

That bingo card is sweet. You should make a shirt out of it. So I have a vag mash newbie question. When everyone gets together in reality do you refer to each other by name or board name? Kinda comes down to what feels natural. I'd say I referred to 80% of the people from the board by their actual names last year. However, Switch will always be Switch; Geno will always be Geno. I don't mind being called Gramma, it cracks me up. Once we're all 'peeled back' it probably won't matter. Everyone tends to introduce themselves by the names their mamas gave them, though, so it's up to you and what you can remember. Those Bingo cards are fucking brilliant, Ro. Thanks for the heads up. I didn't want to end up being the pompous fuck that refers to everyone by their "real" names. Don't worry Pea, you will always be Pea to me.

It's the one that pooped up when I Googled Gorge Weather. Are they not within a stones throw of each other?

I've had a shitty cold and cough for two weeks. It's been a long and drawn out, but I think I will have kicked it by Thursday.
