I'm not a first timer and I asked this somewhere else, but I can't find it so I don't know if it was answered...
but how close is the premiere and general camping. I love the showers and shuttle, no I am not high maintenance or lazy, I just like the convenience. But I also love to party until the wee hours and last year that did not happen in premiere, which is what I expected. But I was thinking it would be fun to get all fucked up and go to general and socialize there. How easy would that be?

there aren't any tickets posted yet on Craigslist, trust me I keep looking. I have to work that day and the day after or I would totally drive to Seattle. Thanks Dustin!

I am sorry to post this on this board and admin please feel free to delete if it's not okay...
I need two tickets to the Ting Tings concert here in Portland on April 13th. I know some of you live here and may have connections or know someone. They are sold out and I am so so sad. I had no idea they would already be sold out. If anyone can help me or has any ideas (aside from one of those scalping websites) I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks!!!!

I'd love to see NIN! This will be my first Sasquatch. Unfortunately last year's lineup seems to be my dream lineup I agree with everything that you said!

I do think that The Killers are way over-rated!!!
Airborne Toxic Event are really great live! I saw them in December with Carolina Liar and I am going to see them again next week. Way better than I thought they would be!

Wow. Except for Paul McCartney, I would have to agree with you bobbyrisigliano. I don't won't to say anything bad about the cure, because I know that won't sit well with thecure102, and I don't want to bash anyones favourite band here..........BUT I kinda thought the Cure were a bit of a snor last year. That being said however........there were a ton of people who didn't think that too. As far as the Killers go......thanks, but no thanks. Hey Apeman, thanks for trying to be nice! I have been a Cure fan since I was 13 (way back in 94) haha and trust me, I have heard it all. I do agree though that it wasn't super great. I have seen them in concert about 10 times and this was the most boring by far. Of course I loved it because I was about 5 feet from Robert, but he wasn't very good. I remember reading somewhere right before Sasquatch that he was really sick and it seemed to me that it was true. but thanks again for not being mean!!

I am a huge KoL fan and I would super excited if they were there, but I do agree that a bigger name should headline. I would kinda be peeved if that was one of the biggest names they could get to headline.

While I am all for global internet peace and love, I still hope no one takes great offense if someone says their favorite band/artist is shit. As long as we keep the personal attacks to a minimum I think everyone will get along OK. I'll try to say this as nicely as possible, but...can we please never ever call Sasquatch "Sassie" again? That'd be great! Thanks! Why no Sassie?

Thank you!! Let's all try and be nice. Sassie is about so much more than just a specific genre of music. I can only speak for myself and yeah it is fun to speculate who is going to be there, but I will go regardless of who is there and I don't really care if they are what I consider good. It is about camping, music, drinking, socializing and a few other things I won't mention. What I am trying to say is let's keep the spirit of Sasquatch here on this board.
Stepping off soap box now...

I kinda agree with "greenman" in the sense that people are starting to get uppity because there is no info. Its kinda infuriating. I literally go to my 8 hour shift as a chef and get mad at things because of Sasquatch. Must... Keep..positive. As for theCure102 I don't think it was nescessarily better last year. Just a little more personable. Quartermass I support you 100%. HOW BOUT THIS? We inendate ADAM Zacks Facebook inbox with. GIVE US SOME HINTS MESSAGES. Whats the worst he'll do, change the privacy on his settings? Its not like he's going to shut the festival down? I just meant that there wasn't all the hostility that there is this year. The bottom line is that none of us are going to completely agree on music. But we are all here for the same reason, because we love music! I am super stoked for Sassie and it only has about half to do with who I actually get to see perform. Let's keep this fun!!!

Whatever band or side project or solo adventure Bob Mould is currently working on would be great and kind of likely. I'm just so happy this board isn't planning Sasquatch, and I'm really hoping it's not the voice of the the majority, though I kind of feel like the personal fantasies might be misrepresenting the buried ambitions each poster has for the festival, because apparently 99% of message board posters couldn't program a festival worth shit, so more props to the people who do and I am very glad they don't listen to the bullshit people vomit out here. AKA I truly hope believe and wish the final product will blow away the altrock dipshit expectations of this board, Pearl Jam aside because I'm on that wagon, it's fucking Pearl Jam and they've worked for that spot, but what I'm saying is that this board has people who seem to think that Band Who Had One or Two Cool Songs on the Radio When I Was in Middleschool would be great, and maybe that's because The Cure and REM got everyone confused about what the exact intentions were for this festival, which from my personal trips and what I gather is a catering to underrepresented music lovers, who dig really underrepresented music, and don't listen to just ANTYHING, for fuck's sake, who don't ask for Any Band With a Radio Hit, so let's stop all this Oasis nonsense and really hope for something great. You agree with me. I know you do because I'll see you at Sasquatch! and you'll be being happy that it's not these crap bands playing. wow you are making friends left and right!!!

How similar have Coachella and Sasquatch's lineups been in the past? There are a lot of bands on there that I love.
