1. Chromeo DJ set - Front and center for the entire set. It was AMAZING!
2. Grizzly Bear - They have such a presence when they play live. Then they were doing a signing at easystreet after their set.
3. M83 - Even better than I anticipated!
4. Tobbaco - Missed out on Black Moth Super Rainbow but I was able to catch Tobbaco's set which was quite the experience.
5. Tie between Champaign Champaign and Mad Rad - Both were very entertaining with Buffalo Madonna of Mad Rad scaling the stage to sing on the overhang for their final song.
So many great bands to choose from but those were my top 5 (6 really).

I started packing on monday, but I'm wearing my festival shirt from last year today to hold me over until we leave tomorrow. This time tomorrow it's going to be tent pitching time in the gorge. Then the real fun begins!

ha ha ha. Wow I think you just described half the people that will be at sasquatch. I too am looking forward to seeing Heartless Bastards. Good thing the have the first set at the main stage, this way it will be no problem getting right up front.

I agree, Grizzly Bear should have been on that list. Grizzly bear has been moved up to my number one spot because Veckatimest is just amazing.

We only have three people on our premiere pass. But we're probably not going to be rolling into the campground until around 5 or 6. You can email me at a_rousseau@live.com if you're interested. And yes it is only 4 people per a pass, which is going to cause a lot of people problems because they didn't make it very clear on their website.

Yeah last year we had early entry at wild horse, but it was the passes that anybody could print off from the esurance website and I've been yet to find any early entry passes floating around on the web. So I'm thinking this year it might be exclusivly for premiere camping, parking, and vip ticket holders.

I stayed at wild horse last year (not my choice, but I liked the sleep) and you were able to come in on friday, not sure how early because we came pretty late at night. And I'm sure they have a similar gone by tuesday at noon policey (again not sure because we left on monday, and again not my choice). They actually do have camp staff that come around to the louder parties and ask them to quiet down during their quiet hours and I had no problem sleeping through the night. I think you should keep your premiere pass and just go for wild horse next year. Premiere seems pretty much the same just more expensive.

I had a little of each last year nerdy/whiney as well as super stoned so I didn't have to worry about lugging around my stuff. But they're not going this year so I'm just going to have to tough it out.

we might be able to help you out but it it depends on how much gear you're taking because the care we're taking is pretty small for four people plus two sets of camping supplies. Also my friend whose driving has the final say in any additions to the trip. But if you don't mind being cramped in the back. You can email me at a_rousseau@live.com

Standard camping is back on sale! and no one will be turned away at the gate because they extended the overflow spaces.

Yeah I found that I had more luck getting down into the main stage area on the left side.

Agreed! But not the sunburn aftermath. I had the worst farmers burn that took all summer to get rid of.

This just made my day! To know that I (hopefully) won't have to wait in a long line to get into the dance tent.

Have you found a ride yet? I need to double check with my friend whose driving but we might be able to help you guys out. We'd be leaving Friday from Vancouver, WA and staying the whole weekend. My email is a_rousseau@live.com
