Since I know rock stars are generally inclined to spill the beans to teenagers with camera phones and blogs (especially when they be drankin' the pink stuff!), I hope we can now eliminate RHCP from the fest. -yes I know Sasquatch isn't specifically mentioned, but he does say no US fests in a very unconvincing fashion so..., they better fucking not! rockitoutblog.com/2010/11/22/chad-smith-interview-on-the-riob/I was sorta relieved after reading this but would totally take the new Flea and Damon Albarn project any day. There is something about afro beats that always gets me goin.

We can also rule out Jack Johnson because of an interview with guerilla candy last year. They asked about the first Sasquatch and whether JJ or String Cheese Incident would ever come back and he said he thought the festival had evolved away from bands like that.

Robyn is skipping the west coast and supposed to play Coachella, and I would love a late night set by her! Her music is the pure embodiment of fun. Not saying Robyn won't be there, but she isn't skipping the west coast. She played Seattle last night and Portland the night before. She's skipping it on the second round of her tour in 2011, and will be hitting up Coachella so here's hoping. And no she's not a new artist by any means but has started to break out in America.

Twin Shadow was the first pseudo confirmation. Their touring agency spilled the beans a couple months ago.

I would love to see the mighty boosh vs flight of the conchords. david cross will prob be there, same with patton oswalt. human giant had to cancel in seattle bc paul scheer had to film part of a movie, so i could see them also added. You never know who Sasquatch! can pull out of the wood work! Fingers crossed for comedy goodness.

I have to disagree with DCFC being a good "live" band. I enjoy their music, but want to pull my teeth when I see them live. They never have any energy and I've seen them at least 5 times.
I agree that Ghostland is amazing. I also really love Jamie Liddell and Battles live show. I'm really excited to see the Flaming Lips again and mostly Beirut and Fleet Foxes who I hear have great live shows. Who knows, hopefully there will be some surprises.
And I almost forgot Yeasayer, MGMT and Vampire Weekend.

Don't count out vampire weekend just yet and there ARE more additions. MGMT still has to be added and such. So don't worry.

I'm just sayin that if they are going to add another band to Monday, they should be "big", no fluff

We know that Vampire Weekend and MGMT are confirmed but need to be added. Hopefully there will be one more "big" act added to monday, but whatever.

I'm totally stoked about the possibility of MGMT being there. I'm hoping with all my might that one of the "bigger" bands still to be announced is either the Raconteurs or someone of that magnitude.
Can someone give me some suggestions for the Mars Volta bc I never got into them!

I have been excited about the comedy stage ever since the announcement, but I'm thinking that will take away one of the stages for other bands, so I'm mixed. I hope that Flight of the Conchords are there (Sub Pop) and i don't know who else.
