"Wow, I left my phone at the campsite the entire time and enjoyed the shows much, much more for it. "
You don't have to be a chode about this post. Perhaps you had no friends to meet up with, which is why you may have left your phone back at camp. ?
Cheers

Hello,
So, first off, this years Sasquatch was pretty fun and the lineup pretty good.
However, AT&T's service out there was lousy as hell. I know it was only for the fact that, they did not have any "base trucks" on site. I spoke to several people who use AT&T as their carrier and most of them, were very disgruntled about AT&T's lack of service for this festival. A lot of the same people I spoke to, said, they had been to, Coachella, and did not have any problems, only because At&T had base trucks out there, to handle the over load of cell traffic. A lot of my friends and I weren't able to hook up, unless we randomly ran into each other.
Anyway, if any who had similar problems with this issue, please write or call, AT&T and let them know. Maybe next year, they will have base trucks to handle the over flow of cell traffic. Besides, every one that has an iphone is under a two year contract. It's all about keeping their customers happy. And, this AT&T customer was not very happy, when I tried to use my cell, at this years Sasquatch.
PS. I don't have an iphone either. I have a Samsung.
Cheers, Kadns

i'm sad to see no beirut, no band of horses and no MGMT. i'm hoping that they're holding back the actual saturday headliner because KOL aren't headliner material to me. if they do infact headline, i'll either go to the dance tent or back to the campground early. Fact: there will be 7,831 females at Sasquatch this year. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 29 will be passed out drunk. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 4 will be in jail Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 2 will be randomly wandering outside the venue, probably trespassing, and high on multiple drugs. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 9 will be partying at the campground, each surrounded by 11 dudes who don't care for Kings of Leon. Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, 21 will be in the dance tent oblivious to what is going on (and each surrounded by 11 dudes who don't care for the Kings of Leon). Fact: By 9:30 Saturday night, the other 7,766 females will be at the main stage waiting for Kings of Leon to start (except for the 2,512 making a quick jolt to the honey buckets with their friends before the show starts). Gentlemen, choose your priorities. That is some funny shite.> I too, don't consider KoL, a headlining band yet... I'm fairly pleased with Sundays line up and Saturdays for the most part, minus KoL. Hopefully, they will add a few more acts in the next couple months. I still wish, My Bloody Valentine, was on the bill.

I would hope HOB or Live Nation, or whom ever puts this on, takes a look at these boards. There are some very good suggestions. I still like my list though: Girl in a Coma Pela Soundgarden (reunion would be awesome, but not holding our breath) Pearl Jam Schoolyard Heroes Justice Pride Tiger Theo and the Skyscrapers The Donnas Devotchka( it's a good bet, they'll be on the bill next year.) The B52's - would be an awesome headliner
Ghostland Observatory- could play the main stage easily opening for another headliner, yes, as long as it's dark, by the time they go on. They've headlined at ACLF before and are easily able to do it. But, yes, it has to be night time
LCD Soundsystem Dame Lady Sovereign Missy Elliott Mute Math The Knife
Siouxie - could definitely headline. She does have a new album out too. Sparta The Prodigy - they have new record coming out. Huski Meghen Toohey - California solo/indie artist Lucid Nation (SF band) The American Professionals (SF band:ex Dead Kennedy's, Gits members) The Birthday Massacre Against Me The Streets The Kills Rage Agains the Machine David Bowie Morissey Nashville Pussy The Reverend Horton Heat Prince Weezer (only cause they have started a tour and will most likely be touring through next year) The 5,6,7,8's. Remember them? The all female band from, Kill Bill the movie. The Dresden Dolls !!! Zombie Girl The Subways Flogging Molly My Bloody Valentine (Could seriously headline) Backyard Babies
I agree with some one on here that mentioned, something about not having bands that have played the previous year, play the following year. There are a slew of good acts around the world, that are ready for a festival of this magnitude. I do hope the promoters take a look at this board? But, they probably don't. >:/
I guess that's it for now. Pretty good list. imo

I posted some bands I'd like to see this year, back on the first page a while ago. Not sure if any of those bands will be on the bill, but I'd also like to add: Backyard Babies. These guys are from Sweden and are awesome, if you like rocking bluesy punk.

Yes, I agree it's a bit early to be talking of the line up for next year. But, here is who I'd like to see on next years bill: In no particular order and on no particular stages:
Girl in a Coma Pela Soundgarden (reunion would be awesome, but not holding our breath) Pearl Jam Schoolyard Heroes Justice Pride Tiger Theo and the Skyscrapers The Donnas Devotchka( it's a good bet, they'll be on the bill next year.) The B52's - would be an awesome headliner
