Looks like a good amount of talent surrounding a bumbling idiot tbh. Fuck I am a dick today. Ya, Matt does come a little unhinged during the live performances, but that's part of the fun. It's always hard to tell if he's drunk, a little insane, or both, but it's always entertaining.

Coming from the guy with the Sufjan Stevens avatar, I'm not sure if Sadsquatch is supposed to be an insult or a compliment.
Edit: compliment confirmed. Had you mixed up with Shleeves complaining about The National for a second.

Fyi peeps Barclay Crenshaw is Claude Vonstroke's real name. That's a really fucking cool get for Sasquatch. First Dirtybird artist they've ever booked actually. Whoa.

and how about this account? Jesus Christ, is this forum just three people talking to their schizophrenic selves now? You left the inmates alone to run the asylum. This is what happens.

So we're buying this then? Good, I have to work tomorrow and I got in a car accident on the way home (everyone was fine) so I need some distraction. Here's my main question though; who the fuck plays the late night sets? Last year had 6 sets playing later than the headliners, mostly of the dancy/high energy variety. All of them were fairly high on the lineup. Tyler is going to sub, he's too high up there to play a late night. Anderson and his Free Nationals probably will and it will fuck everyone up so hard. After that, what? Vince Staples maybe? Snakehips, What So Not and Jai Wolf all seem to fit, but are fairly low down on the lineup. Someone has to play the other dance tent slots. My absolute dream is Explosions or Slowdive play the Bigfoot against one of these guys. I mean, Tycho played the Bigfoot in 2016? Yeah interesting point about the Tyler billing order, in the context of the full lineup he seems like a good fit for late night bigfoot. But there's plenty of options among the first three lines that look like good bigfoot closers to me EITS is an obvious choice for the late night slot. But considering they closed the Bigfoot last time they played, they could get pooped up into the sunset main stage slot, which would be pretty perfect too. I could see Slowdive possibly getting taking the guitar group late night spot. Thundercat would be another likely one for the late night set, and Snakehips or What So Not are pretty obvious choices too, despite where they are billed.

You literally just hit the quote button, unless you are on some weird app then I don't know. Don't fuck with anything in the "quote author=someone source=something timestamp=numbers" shit. The quote could begin with a square bracket, and then end with another one after the timestamp. The middle part is all the words people typed and then it ends with [ / quote ] without spaces. If you are quoting someone who also had a quote and want to delete one, find the 1 endquote and delete all the way back until you get to the beginning of the quote with all the quote author stuff. Delete that too. TL;DR just don't fuck with the quotes at all. I have no idea what you are doing. Quote button works fine.... it's the quoting from another thread (like i attempted to do here) or quoting to my sig.... copy/pasting never comes through right Just hit the quote button, then copy/paste wherever you want.

I tweeted @ him on the Twitter last night telling him that he should be extremely proud, but he didn't react. I think he blocked me on Twitter a long time ago. He has read the leak chatter in the super friends group too but hasn't said anything. Should we be nervous or is he just letting it play out until monday.... I mean, I have strong reasons to be certain the leak is real or at the very least mostly accurate, but still I wonder what Snacks is doin. He's probably under some contractual obligation (NDA or such) that he can neither confirm not deny the leak until it is officially announced. The fact that he is aware of it and how people are reacting and hasn't felt the need to step out and say it's fake is reassuring though.

I've been bouncing all over different message boards, FB pages, and sub-reddits all morning and people are universally applauding this lineup. I'm talking like, selling their Bonnaroo tickets and road tripping to Sasquatch excited. I don't think this lineup will necessarily get the 18-25 crowd out to the Gorge in hordes, but Sasquatch might have lost most of them to Paradiso anyway. This is a lineup that will bring all sorts of merit and respect back to Sasquatch, and certainly one that Zacks can be extremely proud of regardless of sales. I'm just so stupidly happy to see people all over saying wonderful things about my favorite festival again. I am literally crying reading this. I tweeted @ him on the Twitter last night telling him that he should be extremely proud, but he didn't react. I think he blocked me on Twitter a long time ago.

I’ve never been a fanatic when it comes to The Beatles outside of Sgt. Peopers, but Dhani sounds excellent from the brief preview I’ve just given him. Ok, you need to get off the board and go fix that right now. John and Paul get most of the credit, but George wrote all the best Beatles songs. If Dhani inherited even a fraction of his dad's talent, we are in for such a treat.

Infinite LOLs when Rimbobshitpostmob, Tortillaboy, and Cellostackz come in to see this hum dinger of a lineup. Even more LOLs when the video plays and Post Malone is the first name and we find our Information secretly put out this leak too, and he’s also Jigsaw and is secretly long conning this. So sad to have missed the live shitshow, had pea and pancakes blowin me up and when I saw all the messages it was like being touched by an angel: Tycho late add confirmed.

Have you seen the goodbye concert to George? When he plays with all the guys and you can see them being shook by basically playing with a younger George....I get quite verklempt. Ungh, I'm getting a little misty just thinking about it.

Holy shit. Dhani Harrison is George Harrison's son. Fucking Beatle blood at Sasquatch! It's been done before. Ok, but I wasn't there for that and George is 100x better than Paul anyway.

Dhani Harrison? Sasquatch booked James McCartney before. Has the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger or a different Sean Lennon project played before? Gotta catch 'em all! This is a very good post. And James McCartney was very not good. Every Sean Lennon thing I've seen has been awesome though. Edit: Pagebreak baby Dhani lookin' like his dad. George was my favorite Beatle. This is an incredible booking for me. I have no idea what kind of music plays, but I will absolutely be there to watch him do it. If he has even a quarter of his dad's talent, we're in for a real treat. I guess asking him to cover While My Guitar Gently Weeps might be a bit much, but I'll take whatever we get.

It's all in how you look at it: 1. Contrary to popular belief, Sasquatch is not in Seattle. Bands play Seattle and Spokane in the same tour all the time. Sasquatch is technically closer to Spokane than Seattle. 2. It doesn't take two days to drive from Seattle to Portland. This is one of only two two day gaps in the entire NA tour schedule. Why choose to play Portland on a Sunday instead of Friday or Saturday unless there is another show in between? 3. I was high was I came up with the theory about the stage production and the wind. Never listen to people who are on drugs. Your mother should have taught you that. 4. I didn't get tickets to the show in Seattle, so I need him to be at Sasquatch. 5. This is a fucking numbered, itemized list and such things are seldom wrong. 8. Snacks will probably already be at the Gorge on Thursday. No way in hell he books David Byrne for a show he won't be able to attend. Just saying...

Caribou had a 1/3 full tent. This makes me so sad. I like this potential lineup a lot though! There is a curious lack of electronic stuff, as has been pointed out, but I think having a very cohesive lineup like this that goes all in on indie/alternative is a good idea. Also, I'd imagine there's less competition this year. Even though Pemberton didn't happen last year, by the time it was cancelled it was too late for most people to go to Sasquatch. Will be curious to see how this sells. I think it might do better than people expect. I think this is going to sell very well, actually. It's going to be a different demographic than the last few years, but it is most definitely going to sell. I have already seen several people who haven't gone to Sasquatch in a few years (shout out to my boy Rustuuuuuuuuu) say they are going to come to this. This is a classic Sasquatch lineup and it's going to bring a classic Sasquatch crowd. It might not sell out the minute it goes on sale, but I think it had the potential to sell out before it's all said and done.

Guys, I feel like I feel asleep watching Cheers last night and this has all been a dream. I think I already woke up this morning, but I'm so scared that I'm going to wake up again and none of this will have been real.
