I am a little upset I will miss Matthew Dear, but Vampire Weekend is worth it.

I agree with you cheese, there is no way in hell I would even consider missing Vampire Weekend. The more the merrier at Macklemore!

Yeah I agree. I just hear they have absolutely amazing live shows which makes me very interested. And I was obsessed with them when their first album came out, I kinda over played it but they still have been on my "must see live" list.

I was actually a little underwhelmed by the OSL line up..

My first year I puked before making it into the gate and only remember half of the Mumford and Sons set, which was on bigfoot ha. And the half of what I remember was plenty because all of their songs still sound exactly like the ones I saw.
But that being said I learned my lesson about drinking too hard too early.

I have seen both bands in question several times and you can bet yer nutz I'll be jockin' at the Bigfoot stage. Alright I will trust you! And by that I mean I'm going to start at Toro and probably move to DEATH GRIPS. I've heard Toro can be a little boring sometimes.

Has anyone seen Toro Y Moi live? All the jockin' of nutzz has made me really want to see DEATH GRIPS...I just do not know if I can miss Toro. But it goes it goes it goes it goes it goes....

I'm not saying I know all the bands I just think 80% is a little too much too late.

That was a beautiful review. Fantastic job. Also my favorite by them, its so damn raw.

I have never seen them but I can’t miss Zach Hill. I feel this same way but Toro has been on my must see list for over 4 years and have never had the chance. I think I'll check him out and if he is not very good live I'll go and get my mind blown by DEATH GRIPS.

Yeah I know what you mean, and it kinda sucks because there are a lot of bands I want to see that play right up until another show I really want to see, which makes it hard to get a good spot...
Oh well looks like I'll just have to be fast and run from stage to stage.

I do really like Akron/Family but I've been a Holy Ghost! fan for longer which makes me lean towards them...DAMN CONFLICTS!

Same here, and I'm stoked they are playing Bigfoot at twilight, going to make for one hell of a show.

Dude plays electric guitar with a bow...what else needs to be said. If that isn't enough watch the video above.

The hardest one for me right now is Reignwolf vs. Red Fang. I was stoked when I saw Red Fang was going to be there. I had never heard Reignwolf, but after watching some of his performances on YouTube, I was really looking forward to his set too. Killer Mike doing a half hour set right in the middle of Elvis Costello just pisses me off. Those are 2 of the acts I was most looking forward to. Also, the Alt-J/Lumineers conflict has the potential to end my relationship. I want to see Alt-J, but my girlfriend really wants to see the Lumineers. End the relationship Alt-J is going to be incredible...judging from their SXSW performance anyway.

For Friday I would check out Youth Lagoon, he has a very intense and almost personal show. If his sound is good on the yeti stage he should be perfect for twilight hour. The only other recommendations I have is to go to DEATH GRIPS. I haven't seen them live but I hear it is an incredible and violent show...if you are into that sort of thing. That was definitely the direction I was leaning. I keep hearing wonderful things about YL live. The only reason I even have a conflict with Death Grips / Menomena is that I saw Menomena here in Anchorage like 2 years ago at a show with The Antlers and they blew me away. If you haven't seen DEATH GRIPS I would totally check them out. I haven't personally seen them live but their live videos and just them in general are fucking nuts. Also the biggest conflict for me is DEATH GRIPS vs. Toro Y Moi. Fucking heart breaker those two being at the same time.
