I absolutely love Nacho. He and Blue Sky Black Death have really good chemistry together. He's not the best lyricist (although he can be pretty funny) but his rapping fits with the beats so perfectly that I don't even notice.
I agree. It's a shame he conflicts with built to spill...
This predicament has gone farther than I anticipated and I humbly apologize. The reason I come to this board is for my love of this music festival and any new news about it. What I have done is cause needless drama and created worthless pages of board talk, impeding other board users who would actually like to see people's top ten lists. Horned grandma dismisses me, I dismiss darth and well we all know how it went down.
Hopefully this thread can return to its original use and I will quietly sulk back into the shadows, rarely to comment again. I can see that I ruined any chiggity chancey chance the chiggity champ of champion chancellorss of being welcome on this board and, well, there is no one to blame for that besides myself. Though I can no longer comment on this board with any respect from anyone, I look forward to future comments from all to come. In a way, this all may have been averted had I included primus in my original top ten list. I am planning to see them but there are just too many bands I love playing and I forgot to include them. And for that, as well as all the other trouble I have caused, I apologize.
WHOA there buddy, some one tells you to change your list and you fold like a fucking lawn chair, but I try to give you a comical "out" by saying your commas= Primus and you now want a beef with me?? First of all, grow a back bone and stand up for what you like, even if the others don't. Secondly, choose your battles wisely because no one wins a Dr. Garbanzoht on the internet, but you dolphinately can come off looking like an idiot. So don't be an idiot. Issue resolved, I won't hold a grudge but don't ever tell me to fuck off again without a really good reason, you will just end up sounding like a giant asshole.
You see? This is what I am talking about. Let's stop the bullying and attacking (we're all looking at you Nader..) and focus on the music.
1. Schoolboy Q and Ab Soul, Killer Mike, Danny Brown, Girth Drips 2. Sigur Ros 3. The xx 4. The dirty projectors, shout out louds 5. Grimes 6. Alt J, Menomena 7. Disclosure, Chvrches 8. Azealia Banks, Baauer 9. Tame Impala, Ariel Pink 10. Japandroids, Primus
So Big Boi just announced a bunch of dates with Killer Mike opening each day. Including playing dates on 05/24, 25, 26. This makes me think that either Killer Mike is out or Big Boi is a late add. More than likely the sooner.
Also HAIM is opening for Vampire Weekend right up to and including the Oregon date right before Sasquatch. Makes me think that HAIM is likely a late add.
Thoughts on these obvious observations?
Big Boi's performance on the 26th is at Summer Camp where Killer Mike will not be playing.
Though I do find it surprising that Big Boi does not visit Seattle on his entire 50 show tour
