Snacks favourited my tweet asking "Deafheaven at MaySquatch? Please let it be MaySquatch" I know it's not a concrete confirmation for that weekend but certainly could warrant placement in the MaySquatch rumour section. Either way, I am so stoked on Deafhaven at Sasquatch!
I think Snack Attack has a program that favo(u)rites anything that involves Sasquatch.
Noo! They're playing in May! Right? Haha, just let me have this. I could only afford May tickets.

Snacks just favorited a tweet of mine which read "Dear Santa Snacks, bought my MaySquatch tickets for the family. All I want for Christmas is Television to play & maybe Kadavar too". Prediction? Maybe, maybe not. But I like the hope he has given me. Especially since the last tweet of mine he favorited was back in June when I asked if there would be a discounted package deal for both Sasquatch Festivals.
Walking around Rifflandia yesterday and having a girl walk up to me, look me right in the eyes, and say "it's not you". Only to have the same girl walk up to me 5 minute later hollering "Darth, yay"... ladies and gentlemen, I have finally met drunk Weenie. Hahahaa! That was fun Weenie, see you again later today! YOU TOO SOULY!
Deerhunter was incredible last week! LOUD! Ambient smoke and light show wonderfully done and the crowd was really into it (which is an issue for this city, seriously just a bunch of head bobbers around here). Best $20 I've spent on live music in a long time. Next up- Rifflandia!
I know for sure what I'll be doing Thursday night! Hopefully after Mr. Murphy I'll have enough time to run up to catch some Braids as well.
Friday/Saturday nights are going to be a little more crazy thought, 'cause that is a LOT of bands in a LOT of different places. The Orb at Market Square is going to be amazing!
Daytime is looking pretty darn swell, although strangely enough it's looking like there's slight overlap between stages? I really don't think the park is big enough for that to work!
Any of you crazy kids still thinking of coming over for this? And Darth...the beer will be ours this time!
I'm all in for this one Weenie! My kids are visiting their mom that weekend so things may get sloppy for a night or two.
I'm stoked for Braids Thursday! I am going to see Danny Brown and Action Bronson on Friday which means I might skip most(or all)of Courtney Love to make sure I get in. I'm not worried about missing that train wreck. The last time I saw her was in 1993 (maybe 94) and she was touring with Hole, Bikini Kill and The Breeders... anyways, a couple songs into the Bikini Kill set Love walked out on stage and punched the lead singer in the face, Kim Deal came out to break it up, haha.
Anyways, lets have Park beers one sunny afternoon!
