Davers and I saw both shows. We both have the opinion that Tame Impala was better than Sigur Ros on that night. "Better" may mean "more of the vibe we were looking for at that specific time" (I don't know, I can't speak for Davers). All you haters appear to not have seen Tame Impala's set at all. So, not sure how we would be wrong on this subject. I don't think you are wrong for liking Sigur Ros' set.
I'm not hating on Tame Impala. I'm just scoffing at the idea that any Tame Impala set could possibly be objectively better than any Sigur Ros set.
Also Tame Impala is far more stoner dadrock than Icelandic folk-metal. Or are we even talking about the same bands?
